I guess he is very persuasive
is it worth listening t0. Most of the time I zone out when reading Malcy
RH : look at the Coro asset - its also got good numbers
" The Acquisition will enable Zenith to increase gross production revenue in Italy by approximately 410% with an expected yearly gross revenue of approximately €3.6 million (equivalent to approximately £3.08 million; NOK 36.5 million or CAD$5.3 million). "
If they nearly double that its a substantial income flow !!!!! :-)
dunno - its always been the case with AIM type shares, not just ZEN. Whats is about twitter that makes it sound authoritative?
indeed thats all we are looking for - a non diluting source of funds. If ZEN gets one fifth the stated amount it should be OK for the time being. it will boost the SP
IMO
Obviously ZEN cant absorb all that money at once . So its a drawdown facility?
for just over £11.15 k - its the largest buy since the 500k buy on Monday for £9,900
in 2 days it cost £1200 more. AC loading up?
smart man
ze bond sales are the key IMO becasue it should mean funding with no dilution. Which I think is what the recent uptick is about . Still very tentative
we need some PR from ZEN to tip this along. The time frame is very short . Something to impress the Norwegian investors
sea7: maybe thats why operations seem to have ground to a halt . But in the videos that ZEN used to show us, you would see Zena overalls, so they must have picked up something
haha you mean like a Vine Customer review on Amazon?
and one sell for 200k shares at 8.01 AM, which doesnt appear on HL . Very strange
I guess punters are going for the Ferrari option :-)
ah I see
the admission to Merkur market was called just that, not an IPO, in the RNS. There was a private placing
so that makes
£668K (7/11/2018)
£265k (1/11/2019)
£518k (21/10/2019)
£638k (17/12/2019)
= £2.089 million
 I dont get it - did he not receive his fee?
All I can understand is the Norwegian placing flopped, relatively speaking of course. So he didn't make as much as he thought possible. Then he says Orion is a amateur sausage shop with a history of underperforming.
The placings were sold around the prospect of C37 delivering , which seems to have failed. That is a very high risk proposition . All the Norwegian investors have apparently sold out except for OilNo. Maybe the Oslo Bourse isn't that deep and sophisticated.
yu worked as head of project finance at Orion which you now call an " amateur sausage-shop" ?
placings in Norway
£265k (1/11)
£518k (21/10)
£638k (17/12)
=£1.42 million
anymore ??
Italian, I suspect you are making a concerted effort to drive the share price down
the 500 boepd is believable since the Coro asset is producing 322 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Whats interesting is that it is outproducing Azer now
my guess is that ZEN will produce an RNS to that effect. Anyway I dont want to see your posts deleted - your speculations are the same as what people here say anyway so whats the point
Alternatively AC is losing interest...
Hard to see how you would get a driller at the top of his game to rework these fields. The rewards aren't that great. Like tends to attract like unfortunately. Thats why these fields were left for so long and given away to ZEN on 80:20 production sharing agreement. And these wells are unfortunately very deep requiring monster rigs for little production
SOCAR seem to have an on-shore joint venture called Salyan Oil with CNPC, which seems to have similar dismal results - static or declining production. And they have been at it for longer
mls678: yes it is next hopefully. :-) Its all beginning to blur
sarge: would more money have speeded things up in Azer? I used to think that, but money without a good understanding of the geology would be wasted. Its building up deep insights which takes time .
anyway the last update on C30 said it needed a bridge plug which was a relatively low cost operation. Presumably that hasn't delivered the results. Have they really run out of money can cant move forward on C37. When most of the major expenses have been taken care of ??
