Re Malcy, everybody has a view, personally I think this is as good a bet on success you are likely to get. The farm out is worth an SP of at least £1 IMO and Ive been adding today (150k), helping the sellers out

At the end of the day, this will be down to shareholders. My money is on the shareholders going for the deal. Most have a foot in both camps. Logically and financially the deal makes good sense. Of course DLG want to remain independent!! CEOs are like turkeys and unlikely to vote for Christmas

Reckon they will have a few more bites yet. The next offer will not be the last, this is how the game unfolds. You never go in with your best offer, you have a price in mind and rachet up the offers until you hit last and final. That way you ensure you dont overpay day 1

Maybe increased due to the weak update and production drop. Easy target as we are stuck in the North se. If it stays that way upside is limited due to tax. So more downside risk. if we get weaker energy prices or more ops problems
