This is due to statement made within the last RNS....the Directors plan to consider a possible fundraising in the first quarter of 2014, subject to market conditions and the terms being acceptable

I expect a bounce back to 80p + once the Seller has finished.

Trading Update in week or so. Last trading update was in July 2013. 22nd Jan 2013 is when we had trading update.

I dont see why it shouldnt bounce back aobve 80p. Market cap less than 40m when Company has 40m in the bank. No debt, revenue above 170m and profit of over 40m anyway...Price down due to seller. Once cleared this should trade top end £1.00
