It remains a fact that shares never go up (or down) in a straight line. Another saying, one swallow does not a summertime make !! Personally, I'm still looking for an entry level much lower than the current SP. If I get it, great. If I don't, I'm not fussed. There's plenty of other opportunities out there. Lets see where this stands in another week or two.
Buy £100 quids worth of shares in AAAP. No liquidity, watch the price fly up.....
I expect this share will have popped up on new pi’s radar yesterday as a significant riser. Thanks bloodshot for your high level summary, I have a couple of questions if I may?
(I) Comarco - if in such a fantastic position why did it allow the reverse take over from a smaller company ? Why did Comarco not simply exploit all of the fantastic opportunities that having its own private port in Kenya and access to contracts in the mining and offshore oil and gas industries you mention ?
(II) financially this company has very little to attract me to buy in - couldn’t this be another company funding its infrastructure development through multiple placements and dilutions ? What makes you think this is a good prospect for capital returns ? When is the company expecting to turn an actual profit and pay a dividend?
Cheers .....
Not. Posters on this board do make me laugh. Nothing ever rises or falls in a line, don't you know that ? There's no leak, there's no news and no body on here knows when there will be. The director buys at £7 plus were at a time when they genuinely (I believe) thought the trial would fly. It didn't, now everything has changed and that is represented by the slump in value. Fully anticipate further volatility on a daily basis on this but with an overlay on the downward trend. Personally, would consider a buy in at around 20p. Prospective new buyers be aware ........ All IMO.
Yes Pop, that is how I see it I'm afraid. Strong likelihood of at least a 50 perc drop. Low probability of a multi bag gain. But I have to be honest, the possibility of a multi bag does exist and is not IMO unthinkable. Gamblers share this one ....
Clearly there is some support at 1.10, its bounced off it a few times. How strong is it - who knows? My concern is that news may well be weeks or months off and in the meantime, and the longer it goes on there will be constant pressure. I've seen it many times before where a share resists a drop many times, before it finally breaks. This is the reason I am currently out, as at this point I believe a sub 1.00 is more likely than not. No crystal ball, everything posted on here is guesswork until the next RNS. I accept there is potential in this but with a lot of risk. If I do go in at some point it will not be huge and certainly no more than I would be comfortable to take a 50 perc loss on, that could happen easy and quickly IMO.
Cash balance is irrelevant when considering the risk in this share. The notion that there is X in the bank divided by Y number of shares and therefor the share value should be Z is utter garbage. Investors wont see 1p of it if the company tanks.
Advice: Never ever ever ever invest in anything on the basis of advice from anyone in a share share chat room. Take extra care in the AIM, its often manipulated. Bottom picking is very high risk, there is no such thing as over done. Remember always it happened for a reason. Just because a share was worth more last week does not necessarily mean it ever will be again.
