Before an RTO they will have to do a prospectus for it, and as I understand a vote will be required(I think I am right) so an RTO is a long way off.

Last point Affrrm, the onslaught as you said has stopped, and quite frankly as Spinks said last night this has hindered the company moving forward. Remember, you voted NO to all resolutions, so just be thankful others saw what was happening and voted Yes otherwise your investment would be gone

But affrrm, you do understand they can only say "so much" due to market regulations. Its not a case of dangling a carrot, the fact that these frequent calls are happening and the owner of RMD is on the call as well as making assurances as he did last night and prevhas done is a massive indicator to a successful company moving forward.

Yes there will be plenty selling, but I assume with strong news which Spinks eluded to yesterday with Mavreki putting out an RNS of prime target projects there will be a keen interest and new investors coming in.

I think alot will depend on the project valuations of the projects they are working on, and more importantly how the information is recieved by the Market that Mavreky will put out prior to coming back from Suspension.

I do think that Texas is no longer in the cross hairs of PPP

With a targeted date for accounts published as well as trading. More importantly, RTO is a long time away as well as RMD intending to be s major shareholder, or thats how I understood it from what Ron Dickerson stated.
