I can understand the delay in trading, but they must get the accounts out ASAP as they have there isn't any reasons as to why these cant be published. They have funds, they have headroom in case funds are needed etc.

Let's face facts, anything this BOD does is not enough for you. They are doing an audit in Texas, its in black and white, and looking at potential and that's it. You can carry on your negative narrative but this BOD clearly know whats what.

I dont believe they will need to do that, the shares that are been given back are in friendly hands. The headroom shares will all be taken by RMD if used, an offering RMD will take bunch therefore rendering the TG irrelevant.
