Incorrect, it starts with a technical plan and funding for the project. Once these are in place, then the foundation can be laid.

So that takes BPC up to 10 billion shares issued if you believe this goes ahead.
And it would have to be Hostile as PRD shareholders wouldn't want any part of BPC

So it's 4 weeks since Potters RNS stating a successful technical drill was completed(translation means it was a duster).
You would think that by now a slew of good solid RNS would be out showing shareholders the way forward, but no.
2 RNS since then, one being about legal case and another operational one, get your act together BPC.
Next RNS will be placing for more money to fund T&T, looking forward to it.

I think its a great stock but unless there is an astounding RNS I shall be out tomorrow but will return, when it's in this trading range. I just see this as an opportunity to make a move on a few stocks that I see with Imminent 5%/10% returns.

Here because I want to be here and will jump back in after the next placement. I lost a considerable amount in this debacle of company, due to the BOD incompetent actions.
I do see T&T as a bright light but not yet until they give details and funding structure, maybe they are fully fully funded.

Much better opportunities out there than for me to let me money sit here and act like a yo yo until approvals are given. This is not a knock on the stock just the way it is.

I say again and again, it is in no way a successful drill. 12 years and +130 million dollars spent with not 1 drop of oil.
Complete pathetic financial position with the 6 placements from November onwards.
I would expect another placement soon.
