They have done so out of simple desperation as the OO was a failure. PR is another major failure for BPC, if they announced the BOD intentions in the original RNS or during the Q&A the current disaster wouldn't be happening. Unfortunately this is not the case and the desperate PR today may quell some investors but come tomorrow it will be deep red as per normal

If the sp climbs tomorrow I shall leave until it comes back to sub .31
