Why end of Jan, basis my 60 days from October 5th from when the initial RNS came out about the take over, further RNS in November was simply stating DD was completed. So in theory(, not in stone) anything after 28th is possible.
All in my little opinion

Firstly if people do sell at this level then more fool on them as once it is hopefully announced this number will never be seen again. With only 35% of the shares in circulation and probably some big holders are taking these shares putting them away and as they haven't crossed cross 5% threshold there are probably less in circulation so it's going to be a scramble.
My point being, for a short term gain has the potential for a massive long term loss.
I am never one to ramp, like others this imo

Consolidation might be a good idea after the next raise as 7.5 billion shares is a lot to have out there for the low MC
