Very simple why it was mates rates, with the price at 2.45 the sharp drop to closing price yesterday made no sense. Thus far there has been no explanation for a third placement as all is in place to move ahead until Api(hopefully) approved. If another explanation can be given I am happy to be wrong.
But calling my comment ignorant is ignorant in itself.
