Essentially the current BOD unelected or elected are up for election, you are proposing a no vote I assume, how does any BOD and in this case Mavricky and Spinks get elected if not there is a campaign for no votes. There is already an alternative plab in place in case this campaign is successful, but can you seriously imagine not wanting the current CEO with his experience in place for when Texas/Ukraine and other projects take hold.
