There is one of the problems, no more RNS. The issues I have always had with multiple posters on here spreading the word of amazing updates or news rich time is they just make it up. Whilst this doesn't affect the sp, people do read and believe, that combined with traders pushing the price up and then selling when they have their money. Issue then is nobody is bolstering the share and it drops. Has happened for the 3/4 years.

They aren't going to stop the GM now so this is the reality we are in, it's either yes or no depending on how each person reads this at the moment and obviously alot of different opinions are going around.

Pointless going back to December RNS, it's like going back to T.Evans RNS that suckered so many investors into this stock.

What's relevant is the RNS that came out today and decide its merits to vote Yes or No

Seems clear the RNS has changed many people's mind in which way to vote.

they way I understand it , the BOD needs 50% of the vote(actual vote) to pass this, anyone not voting will count as a yes vote. Im sure the BOD and mates have enough votes to carry through resolution 1 but not 2,
