Why go to all the bother of getting financing sorted if they want to delist it, and why bring onboard a Ceo.

There will be some investors who have a great case in court, anyone or company which were part of the placings will have a brilliant case of fraud against PPP

You would think that the BOD& Flagstaff would have been inundated since last week requesting more information on the upcoming vote so they must realise that the RNS hasn't been taken well.

They also must no that with no additional info the vote for yes is doomed, so what are they waiting for!!!

10p is a big step, that's approx x 7 from where the stock is sitting today.

With dilution of the proposed number we are looking at 250ish million shares( if I am correct)

I know and yes I know it's a big jump from where we are now, but in the bigger scheme of things it's still a small amount of shares.

My vote is still no until more information is given, and if not recieved stays no. As another poster eluded to, the Gem money is key to get PPP BACK trading so if this was the only item on the agenda it would be a yes from me

I assume to add or change the voting criteria they would need to change the date of the GM or AGM which ever it is.

A couple of big sells this morning dragging it back to 1.20 by the look of things.

Here is a thought, why doesn't Lunn or RM expand on the recent RNS with a precise step by step guide how things are going and why they have decided now of all times to issues the +60 million shares for the historical obligations.

Surely number 1 focus should be on suspension ending, so let them explain in detail how they are going to achieve this.

Gem is an important stepping stone to doing this but as per norm the RNS raised more questions than answers

Before the cut off date for the vote. At the moment I cannot see many voting in favor of the 2 items proposed(I could be wrong), what I find incredible is the silence from the BOD and how they expect to garner yes votes.

Perhaps I'm being niave and a large % will vote yes.

If that is the case the auditors must be suspicious of why the accounts can't be finalised after almost 12 months.

I've been bullish on ppp since going into suspension, but I cannot understand anyone who will be voting "Yes" to this. It's simply a power play by Lunn.

As for RM the silent Ceo, not sure what the point of bringing him onboard was for, done nothing since being appointed on Jan 21st.l, 6 months of silence, pathetic.

Get the bloody audit done and out of suspension and you can have as many yes votes as you want Lunn.
