As someone pointed out, it's been said Multiple times on here that the TG holds a significant % of the shares. If that is the truth, why are they so worried about these resolutions as they would only need a small % or people on here to vote no for both resolutions not to pass.

I suppose it boils down to how many shares are actually in the TG group.

It seems reasonable enough to assume that PPP will be getting the yes/no vote information given to them as the vote goes on. What does happen if they believe the resolutions are not getting to get passed, do they cancel the GM and use plan B(or c,d, e)
