RM said end of Q2 so where are they, only real thing he has uttered since becoming CEO, but as you point maybe after the GM. Common sense would dictate that once accounts are done it will come out of suspension.

Hoping in 2 days time this mess is given a direction in which we know where we are going, as staying in suspension will only lead to one outcome(and its not a good one)

Yes votes will bring it out of suspension(in my opinion) and puts the onus on RM once out of suspension to move ahead and make money getting the JV finally finalised so we all make money

Shareholders gave their shares to PPP as a loan to save the company. Now they want them repaying before the company comes out of suspension. Yes it's a dilution, but there would be no PPP without them handing over their shares. There are approximately 11 million more to repay a debt I would assume of maybe give to Gem for the 1 million.

I personally don't care, I just want to see the company trading again so I can decide what to do with my investment
