As a result of this the auditors are in the final review process which is expected to be completed shortly.

 

Once the audited accounts for the year ending 31 March 2024 have been signed off by Crowe U.K. LLP, the Company will be looking to hold the Annual General Meeting, which includes seeking approval of the audited accounts.

Imminent = about to occur,

It will be interesting to see how many Bit Coins they actually buy.

I see no no reason for RM to step away, the power play would have failed and he makes a few key statements and he is Captain of the ship. 12-18 months as Ceo and gets business on track come next years AGM awards management a decent share % and puts himself as Chairman

We had a GM and yet again still no clearer on what is happening apart from the word imminent used several times and very clear Lunn will be voted out hence he wanted the shares now.
