Alternative is for him to.leave and get a seasoned professional as Chairman. Put together an operational/business plan which gives a time line from A-Z which includes the dilution to.give back the.shares which were given to the company by shareholders.

Surely he must know he won't get reelected, I thought they would pass resolution 1, the % against it was staggering. The investors have spoken so now it's time to go. He must now produce the audit set the agm and get trading ASAP

I can't see how Lunn would get the votes to keep his seat on the BOD given that the votes the resolutions were so one sided.

So no published accounts and no agm leads to delist.

Misleading saying the company isn't a going concern when in the RNS on the 20th saying they have provided the auditors a memorandum stating the opposite of what you are saying.

As a result of the commitment from GEM Global LLC SCS ("GEM") referred to below, the board of directors of the Company have now been able to provide Crowe U.K. LLP, the Company's auditors, with a going concern memorandum.

 

As a result of this the auditors are in the final review process which is expected to be completed shortly.

 

Once the audited accounts for the year ending 31 March 2024 have been signed off by Crowe U.K. LLP, the Company will be looking to hold the Annual General Meeting, which includes seeking approval of the audited accounts.

That's not entirely true though is it Aim, I was on the PR1 boards last week when you were saying how much or a dog it was when you sold. Whilst a few hours earlier ramping from the top shelf
