The current BOD are pretty useless but yet you are not happy about getting a new BOD.

As for the cash, placing took place on November 27th for 120k, and you are saying that all 120k went directly to Lunn, and not the Ceo who organised the placing??

Its going to get very very nasty on here. I can only hope that the BOD are aware of current confusion and act accordingly with news releases(Especially RM with operational news/activities/planned activities). Now is not the time for silence.

As said before, I suggest you read both Rns from yesterday, this is basically the last chance of getting anything from PPP. Anything voted down with a "no" vote is a nail in the coffin.

The RNS said it won't be back until November the earliest, which Im hoping will give them time to get some strategy in place and out in an RNS.

Resolutions that were requested from the EGM will be added to the Agm, pretty fair I think.

Its not coming back until at least November as per the update.
