Still waiting to hear from why "Lunn is in full panic mode" as you wrote earlier.

Its very simple, several people want a large piece of the pie and probably a seat on the board hence that is why they are taking PPP/Lunn to court. Dont mistake the "people are working hard for shareholders|, they are working for their own self interest to make some moeny.

PPP do need additional updates to change the swing voters as well as acting promptly on the AGM/Accounts and more importantly clarity of what is happening.

You have already said Delta that the FCA wont let the deal go ahead, so why focus on this aspect unfounded point.

At present there are way too many Ifs and what if, the RTO was brought up by someone on here and then it seemed like it was a fact, until its in an RNS by BOD there is no RTO.

If in doubt as the company for information, I know I have.

So no reason as to why the FCA won't approve the deal, just unknown issues with the FCA!!!!

Perhaps you can explain to me why it would lose 90% of its value given you/we haven't been given little info thus far, or is that the reason why you think it will load 90%

Perhaps Lunn should get Evans to write a few bullish RNSs one last time for PPP, after all we all know how creative he can be with Quill and Paper.

Well Gasman I look forward to hearing it, and I would assume it would be placing TG members on the BOD. Question is, unless they are industry qualified why would people vote for them,.after all there is quite alot of distrust of people inside the TG for many a reason.

This is just my take on it though.

Agree there is no alternative plan,.I.just ask people don't vote no if there is a workable plan on the table just because it was Lunn who has it. But yes,.Ssccss is correct about more information needed.

I asked what was the alternative plan to Lunn, and there clearly isnt one. So if that is correct and people vote against resolutions just because Lunn proposed it this.l will never trade again and its stuck in a vicious roundabout.

Vote out Lunn as Chairman, dont vote for him to be NED, and then he just becomes a shareholder, review the Resolutions at face value and get this back.

Im open to anything to get this trading.
