It was pointed out yesterday to me that votes already done will be carried through to the next meeting, however as that was a GM and not an AGM the votes wouldn't be carried through as the resolutions. I assume the resolutions will be different for the next AGM, is that correct especially noting the PPP are not moving ahead with GEM who were looking for 80 million shares(CLN) at the lowest price of 4p.

Interesting question for you, if your average is way higher than 4p I assume you bought in very close to the suspension date, and as such must have been taken in by the published RNS of the former Ceo.

Then do a consolidation to make it look like a normal share of 1 share for every 200, takes it to around 200 million, of course the price will need to drop to .0010 to .0015.

TG haven't provided anything, current BOD have, so I go with what I can see as the.way forward.

The numbers above are at best an example, but 60%,wouldn't be anywhere near possible if dilution was to take place.
