Im aware of that, but we don't the accounts to approved at another Agm for PPP to come out of suspension. And as per below, in a short time frame doesn't mean 1 month.

I simply dont trust the BOD, but they have presented a way forward and its always better to deal with the devil you know

Well is seems that member's of the TG are asking voters not to vote yet, whilst admitted they have voted,.seems a little hypocritical to me.

And that is with seeing the magic plan.

Just to be clear, TS-HTH you have voted down only two of the resolutions but yes to the rest

But TS, didn't you already vote with your 2.4 million shares

What was the outcome as its all gone very quiet on that front

To carry as per normal, if information isnt brought forward regarding before the Agm of furture plans and more information regarding how/why/what RMD are bringung to the table I shall not be voting all 8 as yes, thr deal with RMD will still go through and then RMD can add their members to the BOD.
