Seeing that aerial photo (on twitter) of Saffron activity is exciting.

CERP enter Suriname with zero upfront costs, 24mln barrels of discovered resources in place, 900sqkm of exploration potential, significant flexibility in terms of the pace of development and strategy.

This is a massive positive for CERP. Brilliant negotiating. BoD are the A Team of small oilies.

LK stated his intention to make cash from Suriname in the short term to help fund exploration.

A lot of channels reporting on CERP over this weekend re Suriname and the imminent spud in T&T.
Should see a lively start to the week. BOD negotiated a hell of a deal to enter Suriname.

Ignore the trolls, they have enough to deal with, what with the voices in their head and the unpaid bills.

Target price 31.4p from todays 4.2p - that's my personal recommendation.
If Saffron gushes I'll be revising that price upwards. And this is just the start.

Suriname here we come! The oil is brewed and the pump is thirsty.

They've hammered out another favourable deal – hats off to the team. We have a class act in CERP.

As LK stated, ii's queuing up to invest in CERP, putting us in a very strong position.

Ritson should never have been leader and was a reluctant leader who was royally dropped in it.

"The Company still expects to spud the well in late September 2019. In July, the Company submitted the necessary requests (known as DRL2 applications) to the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries to drill both the Saffron and Clove prospects. This gives the Company the flexibility to choose to drill either (or both) wells. The next steps prior to drilling are the completion of the civil works necessary to prepare the drill sites (road access and drill pad) and completion of the contracts for the Rig hire and supply of associated drilling services. Long lead delivery items such as casing, wellheads and drill bits are available from our existing Company inventory. Each of the preparation steps is progressing and the Company will update the market when they are complete. "

Waiting approval from the ministry I believe.
Drilling timetable: to commence by end of September.

Did anyone else notice today's intraday chart looks like oil coming out of the Saffron well :)

50%+ up so far in 4 weeks

I posted 4 weeks ago that we'd see a 50% rise this month. We're already over that and it really hasn't gotten going yet.
