Out of interest - How much is this loan ?
Following agreement or determination of the fair market value option exercise price, Newcrest has 30 business days to exercise its option to acquire the additional 5% interest. Proceeds from the exercise will first be used to repay the outstanding balance under the existing Newcrest loan facility.
Personally I keep kicking myself for not top slicing (EUA/ ARB etc...!!!) so I took most of my initial investment out today and sit on a fairly free ride now - each to their own but so much AIM stock flies then dies and you're left wishing you'd cashed some out and there's also the excitement in investing somewhere new rather than continually tracking the same names........as I say each to their own...... hope it keeps flying though as I'm still in the QBT game - GLA
Excellent buy - bringing more parts of the jigsaw in-house plus profitable revenues from other trial processes - I'm liking MGC more and more - great medium/long term hold
We invest, so by association and our conviction we have to trust OR why invest...........would you have invested in GGP if you didn't trust the board? Their mission, being a public company, is to do the best for investors and in turn the themselves - so why vote against or abstain ? It merely hampers the BOD progress and our company's potential. If you don't trust the board or disagree with them then surely you'd sell your holding.
Yes great news - been patiently holding this awaiting incremental good news. At just 3p these should multiply many fold over time and the CBD scene is really growing in Europe. Full page ad seen in this weeks Sunday Times mag for another brand.
I agree entirely (MMs) - I'm a reasonably new investor (under a year) and am astonished at the illogical AIM price performances giving meteoric rises on NO NEWS and sharp falls on great news???? Then you get wafer thin companies, no names mentioned, with no tangible assets to speak of, no track record and questionable BODs going stratospheric .......... I like the thrill of the investment but take it for what it is - a shot in the dark. EUA is a solid investment in my mind with assets, track record and a good BOD but for some reason that seems to grate on MMs and AIM not allowing them to flourish without a multi billion $ offer........... which I do hope will emerge soon ...... I like Casper's commentary - he always looks on the bright side and keeps the mood positive during the ups and downs - this is gambling after all - I hope one day soon this share just like the others we all own will pay us back with a decent profit
Being a property type myself they must have proven the source of the balance of the funds for the purchase pre-exchange to actually facilitate signing the LPA otherwise lawyers would be committing Eqtec to a transaction which they potentially couldn't complete so funding must agreed & be in place.
Being a new shareholder here in CLP ( and pleasantly so) I have read a few posts referring to " the court case" but having looked back through the BB can't see a thread actually explaining the details of what is being litigated - could someone possibly link me in or just briefly explain the case in question. Thanks in advance.
