totally agree Gibbo....... and maybe its not the high hurdle we think it is..... however, Pete has made it a condition of getting started........ and I am struggling to understand why he has not just tweeted "ratification complete"...... [if that is the case], to stop all this has it or hasnt it..... because revenue doesnt start until wsg start on the ground..... and we all think that is from september....... if its delayed, the market will react negatively....... or should I say more negatively because a hundred million plus contract has not added much to the market cap so far.......B

for clarity, I know WSG have signed the contract but I assume it is not enforceable until after ratification..... which is a tad confusing as it makes you wonder what commitment you gain from the contract signatures....... so, is ratification ceremonial or could the greater power say "no"........... Everything to Pete is "a formality".... but we take that with a pinch of salt after IRAN....... B

agreed Bonker....... but Pete has a very consistent approach to small investors... [they are all traders and scumbags].... It may be why he constantly p155es us off with his conditional MSC contracts.... that are all based upon decisions outside of his control, yet he sets out milestones and timelines [ratification and start up in september], but then fails to say if they are met..... Tema is text book Pete and DRC is following same pattern...... Friday is binary.... he either tells us what's going on or he shrouds it in riddles .... usually punctuated with the words "meaningful and encouraging"........... and leaves us guessing whilst the SP continues to drift...... I will deffo buy more if/when it goes sub 5p as at some point he will sign DRC and the money will start rolling in...... just as long as the placements don't follow, this may climb beyond 6p quickly........... as you say its getting interesting again.........B

certainly worth another nibble sub 5p..... Friday should help set direction... quite clearly a multi/hundred million pound 20 year contract is seen as "Fooler fantasy" by the markets until ratification/start up has commenced.... many other companies would be given benefit of the doubt ... Fooler has form, so SP will only react once confirmation has arrived......B

Yep, Tema may become a little cash cow ,.... a cash calf if you will.... all those £2 notes going in to the coffers should help push us in to profit once the footfall at SL starts to improve...... add in a sachet of Certific revenue and the start up revenue from DRC [either later this year or early 22]..... plus Liberia $1M... and the revenue from HoP......... could put a stop to further placements... now that would be an RNS we would all love to read..........B

Foxy, I am not a bull... but I did sent Pasty P an e mail this morning asking for clarification of his guidance and if all on track and will reported so on Friday...... as he is not my mate, I doubt he will respond.. B

Foxy/Aiming/Gibbo....................... If and its a big "IF"....... in that , Aiming is correct in that an RNS is only required if previous guidance [in an RNS] has changed................ so Guidance in June was ratification followed by a September start....... well, its 3 weeks until september [or 7/8 weeks if we go for the 30th]... and no recent RNS to provide new or revised guidance... could be saving himself the cost of an RNS and putting it in the half year report due Friday....... In that case, he may be looking to bury bad news with some good news...... volume today suggests that the market doesn't really care......B

Aiming.... doesnt need to be an RNS..... How about a tweet every now and then just comforting us........Pete is Mr cloak and dagger..... sitting at 5p with 4 MSCs in the bag .... suggests mis alignment between the market and the company.....B

Agreed Gibbo, but this is the world of wsg.... they do not do standard processes. Pete has held himself to ransom by putting dates out there..... "The plan"......ratification to take weeks, [from June] and 90 days later the soft start in September....... "The reality"...... no news on ratification and no news on start up [delayed or not]........ so what do we do?..... we could assume ratification has taken place and Pete didnt think we needed to know and all is well....... or we [and the market] assume everything is delayed......... and put this down to another WSG classic..... Pete probably put them dates out there to get his placing away......... now he has the money..... couldnt really give a monkeys.... he can now blame the DRC government ..... same MO.... pete never changes.... B

Agreed Foxy, Very frustrating.... Pete seems to always sign contracts that are conditional on something else happing before the contract becomes live.... He repeatedly does the same trick..... announce big news.... gets a spike.... makes a raise... goes quiet.... all under the umbrella of "its all ok"..... well Pete, its not ok.... and the market definitely doesn't think its ok ..... I do not think Friday can go by without an update on DRC.......B

agreed Aiming..... pete has doubled the share count in a year and the market cap still sits sub £20M [just as it did when there were 160M shares @ 11p in early 2020].........so on paper it looks like those 2 new MSCs don't exist, and maybe until the work actually starts they are discounted by the market.... which is a pity but Pete has form......... next Friday should be very interesting in terms of progress on revenue at Tema and our little side line with Certific...... SL will be what it will be.......... and Pete will want to talk about returning to double digit growth etc.....but I suspect the progress at DRC is what we want to know about next week and if there has been progress on ratification or confirmation that sept hasnt slipped, if its all slipped because the Government are slow blah blah....then we will be back in the 4s........ if its a good update.... then back in the 6s............. simple as that really.....B

lets see what next Friday brings.......Pete is chasing for the rabbit now, he always has one spare for such events. B

I agree Aiming...... I suspect that detail is often lacking or we find out after the fact..... Peter always holds a little back... He now has Institutional Investors to keep on board, so he has to be able to perform on the day.......... May or may not get a bit of a rise leading up to the results..... so many burnt fingers her, you can see the pile of ash from space...... I still think Pete is bruised from having such a poor response to the 2 MSCs... [no more than a 30% up lift], that he will be as upbeat as he can get away with......... B
