Well someone was keen to sell 600k odd even though it meant taking below bid…. Or maybe they were tipped off that a penny placing was coming and sold knowing they can buy back a million for the same money…. But that would be illegal and would never happen on AIM would it?….B

and this alarmed me the most from that RNS….

Well done metalhead, I concur with your thoughts… JP never goes beyond what is already out there…. I do however get nervous when there are so many loose ends to their strategy….I stand by my conviction that if nothing has broken through to shift the sp by end of summer then I am out… I have been chasing this rainbow for 2 years and am starting to feel that there isn’t one….B

I now understand that Altana (April RNS) are in the frame to fund to fund Avonmouth and other Peakers..and the relationship secured via a Heads of Terms… but no concrete commitments made.. so the big question is will that financial commitment be made by end of June to keep on track or will the plan be reset. I sent a note to JP who came back to confirm they think they now have a credible backer to work with but he is unsure how Avonmouth will play out…..not very reassuring….. B

and..... why do we not get the money back if those pre contract expenses don't materialise.... I am sure he raised for IRAN as well as DRC and both of those contracts never started....so where does that money go, because it certainly isnt to pump start the contracts... because they NEVER started !!....... getting to half way through the year and not a bit of news worth shouting about.... so how is Pete going to meet his revenue targets for 22.?.....B

CPC, I know that, but if to get to financial close, the bids need to have been in by end of march for assessment and negotiation then I see know reason why an “on track” couldn’t have been tweeted etc…. But my concern (as always with this shower) is that they wait until the date expires and then set a new one….so burwell is a classic where they kept us dangling and then told us about the NG upgrade…after a dozen deadlines passed…..we still don’t know if an upgrade on burwell is on the cards, so that opportunity appears parked. SK suggested that some of these deals were due to be sealed at Xmas, then the new year… it’s mid year soon ffs……B

portfolio fundraising progress continues with multiple parties in due diligence and potentially expected to bid during March…..

And not a peep…… I like the word “potentially “ strategically placed to get them out of jail for making timelines….JP and SK have never hit a milestone yet….. it has to stop if they are to be believed… and current sp suggests no one believes that any deal is going to happen anytime soon….B

Phil… I thought that was James parsons job to source funding, apparently that is his specialism….as an armchair ceo, I am allowed to show my frustration at his tardy approach. The licence was secured months ago, apparently bids were due in late April… it’s June next week…. Not a peep. B

it wont Derry..........although it depends upon your definition of soon.... it is unlikely to be the same as SK who has been saying "soon" since 2020..... This has to be one of the most glacial shares ever.... by the time they strike a deal, precious metals will be out of flavour again..... how hard can it be to get funding for the peakers at a time when energy is in scarce supply ......... B

I agree Rock...... watching paint dry ..... god this has to be one of the most boring shares on AIM...... I think SK must be on blue smarties the way he tries to make out that there is news on multiple fronts due...... and even when news arrives, we get a tiny tick up followed by the usual drop...... I dont think anyone gives this share any hope [apart from TLM}............ A few more months and I will sell if no transformational news has arrived.... cannot waste another year on this crock.............B

Mannan… 1p will happen at the next raise… Pete doesn’t have any money left I suspect and no real cash cows out there as Wsg make no profit on recurring revenue mscs…. So where is the cash coming from to keep the fowlers in tracksuits and nice trainers?…..B

Come on AH21, it’s only 90% down over 5 years….and halved in a year… remember when we got upset at the 4p placing … oh for 4p now….. I am sure Pete is relaxed… a placing at 1p can put us in the billion shares club…..now that would be worth another award…. Only about 40m in circ about 6 /7 years ago I think……Should have been a wedding planner with all that confetti about…..B

Run out of steam again….. back to 1.2p by Friday me thinks…… what will it actually take for this to break 2p….. I may have to set my sights on 1.5p short term as that seems a stretch these days…..B

Looks like another “so what” by the market….. no real rise just messing about with the spread…. When will Crcl actually make some money, and will we all still be alive when it happens…. A £29bn safe is great, but without a key to open it, it means nothing… and Align pi55ing about with figures to say how wonderful it all is never helps……B

spreadex reducing.... does that % drop add up to the big chunk sold last week me wonders......... taken a big hit anyways as they were bought at 4p I think....... Agh well, I am sure Pete will see the positives in it...... B

Market cap now £7M, so the same as annual revenues..... however, wsg make no profit so still looks expensive..... wonder if Pete will ever be able to say "double digit" again..... I miss it.... and with a gloomy economic outlook for the country/planet..... cannot see a recovery this year..... B

Doesn’t bode well when the sp continues to slide straight off the back of a market presentation…he had the opportunity to showcase the future prospects and all he did was open 4 jars of jam that he brought to the 2019, 2020 and 2021 events….he has been talking of big revenues every year that never materialise…. And if I hear him wiggle on about “multiple revenue streams” one more time I might just scream and scream until I am sick…..B

Reece, one day when everything doesn’t come in, this will be the most overvalued business on Aim…. Seems to be closer to reality than your statement…B

Expect a TR1 from one of our corner stone investors….dumped no doubt….B
