draft, Pete contracted with God for "an Act", unfortunately it needs ratification with the devil and has been delayed whilst the devil awaits a report on the number of bad deeds Pete has done over the years to shareholders.....apparently its quite a long list, so hence the delay to the "Act"........B

Thanks mcfcnige…. I am frustrated. The last 2 or 3 RNS have been very positive yet the sp has continued to decline. Align continue to shout “20p” and we continue to believe the gap between potential and reality will be closed… however it continues to grow wider apart.

As I said yesterday the strategy for Peakers appears to have changed and now they seem to have gone with a single consortium to fund their portfolio. Unfortunately we are at the beginning of that relationship and a light touch HoTs is as far as it’s gone….so, where does that leave us near term…. Languishing is the answer. I thought a quick turnaround of funding avonmouth would mean we could look at annual T auctions prior to 2025 to generate revenue and take advantage of todays energy crisis… but nope, the BoD are faffing around with a potential “ biggy” partner which may or may not materialise and I suspect with Crcl being a minnow, will get stiffed in any deal…..

This BoD appear to have all the time in the world, I do not… 2 years of jam is starting to grind… look at REgency mines for a comparison of what the bod have achieved to date….nuff said. B

TLM.... I am in the "misery guts" camp..... You state that you are happy with your investment but then wish the company would tell us more regularly when things are going to happen.... this suggests that they do not update regularly and when they do, are very opaque with timelines about when things could and will happen..... That is the very reason I am a misery guts... You wouldn't get on a bus if you didn't know where it was going and where the stops are...... yet, this crowd seem to be able to get away with it..... Strategically they have a vision of where we are going, yet operationally we seem to be all over the place.... The initial strategy for Battery storage was to win the auctions for their Peakers and then go to the finance market for funding the infrastructure....place contract and away we go..... now we have signed a Heads of Terms with Altana and they "just might" fund the Peakers.... so now we are in a holding pattern whilst they sit around the camp fire for 6 months or so filling in the gaps in their HoTs.... and it could go nowhere, leaving CRCL at the starting block again..... We await a mining licence, but there are 2 more steps if I recall... so where are we?... quiet....... could be years away, or in SK parlance, "anytime soon",,,..... Burwell... "might" need an upgrade by NG... Well its been 7 months since we were told it "might" need an upgrade.... any chance of an update BoD?......... This is a very very long term hold now...... as I said the other day... its a premium bond, just check in every 6 months to see if you have won anything.....and lastly..... who's paying for the Yukon expansion report?.....................back to check my other premium bonds........... Oh good, we are going to have another report. There seems to be lots of stuff going on, but not a single report will move the sp , we need deals done. I agree this is the longest rainbow I have ever been on and this is starting to smell like regency mines. Everything will go burwell, and in to the long grass.. I cannot see any deals being done this year. 1 penny looms. B

And still we drop…… really getting p155ed off here. Market very buoyant, yet not a jot of interest. SK will be telling us how great it’s going soon no doubt….B

Also BP…. How is this a growing company… double digit growth has stalled… company going backwards…. Nearly at H1 and nothing to show for it… looks like another £7m revenue year with no profit….. having contracts signed that still do not add to the coffers is not considered a wonderful thing…. Stick your head in the sand mate…..it’s better for the wallet…..Pete is a failure…. COVID was an opportunity and he did not seize it…..Mango masks and dispensers was as good as it got…. Not even sure what our covid partner adds to the bottom line anymore… pennies I suspect……and as for the comment that the sp is disappointing, no it’s not… it’s about market cap and an unprofitable company at that…. Smell the coffee….this is a basket case….and Pete should go.B

Agreed cuddy… whatever timelines they give, just double it. This share has become like a form of premium bond, apart from the fact you can get less than you put in… you have to wait every week to see if you have won anything….and perhaps you just have to forget about it….bottom drawer and all that… or do the TLM approach and top up on the lows, which unfortunately is every day….. and even deep pockets dry up eventually. So jump on the glacier and wait for it to bump in to land or at worse…. Melt !…….B

In the minds of the bod there is no delay… they told us what was going on in April….very annoying but that is the way this outfit operates…. Any news good or bad will just be sprung on us….B

It is also worth noting that Peter fowler is a charity….and we donate to him at every placing…he then dispersed the funds to the kids as they all require our support to keep them away from food banks…B
