Morning JT…. Pete hasn’t done a Xmas TU since 2019…. 2020 Xmas prezzie was the 4p placement…. 2021 was no TU but a contract announced that was then delayed a month later… so as we have had a nov TU… followed by silence on all that jam he promised before year end, I worry ( not really… probably expect)….. he will either stay silent until new year to keep 2p in tact or he will put a tad of lipstick on this pig by suggesting every deal is super super close to try and get us a bit higher for his placement to cover the “expenses” relating to a contract that will never happen.. or knowing Pete, to get us to pay again for DRC start up as he spent the last funds on Fowler Xmas decorations…..B

How is this a good day, only up to last weeks sp….. let’s wait to see what’s behind the raise at double this morning’s sp…. Peeps seem to be taking their 10%….. and scarpering….B

And why is it a healthy premium… the sp was 0.4 in august…. And SK was telling us that it was a steal back then….this company needs to deliver something other than promises of a great future…. B

Sorry, we have heard this before about share price and value…. Not sure that the new investor gets a heads up on inbound news that would triple/ quadruple share price… that’s sounds illegal. This is more likely a magic trick… and normal business will presume shortly.. don’t trust JP or SK…..B

Well it’s not doubled, so our new investor already underwater…. Opposite conditions to TWD who just raised at a 90% discount… so to borrow at a 100% premium is some doing… so, what’s the catch… what do they know that we don’t…B

Heady days of 6p….. lol….. you mean 10p to 15p don’t you bilge?…… been here for 5 plus years… waiting to break even……might be dead before that happens, but will continue to hold Pete to account for being all that is wrong about aim and ceos that just take the p155 out of shareholders. No more contracts this year I suspect… only 2 weeks to go before we end another miserable year in the hands of the most useless CEO on aim… (and there are many not far behind him)….. B

Oh dear…… I am sure Scott will be on a podcast soon telling everyone how lucky they are to get on the bus with the sp this low… it’s going to be wonderful in the future both him and JP have in store…. I mean it’s not as though they have form is it… lol….. B

UnknownT…. and where did his £30k come from to pay for those shares…. His salary is paid for by shareholders rather than via profits because they make no profits…. So I don’t think Pete will have less Xmas Turkey if this drops back to a penny on bad news….. Pete is a master at kicking cans down the road dressed up as client issues that are close to resolution… we have a number of client issues that funnily enough are not made public when he signs a contract followed up by a placement to fund it… for example;

Government reorganisation, land preparation and of course internal issues with ratification….

Now getting to situations where delays between contract signature and contract kick off runs in to years is becoming a norm for Wsg…. Not sure how that works, as there must be dates and milestones in the contract that will need renegotiation….B

So Pete… to try and not get too bruised from the underwhelming but obvious trading update some 5 weeks ago.. you lied about…. Sorry , I mean you said….

DRC has made positive movements and still expected to be signed within the next 20 days or so…. Well is it?

You said the MENA multi million pound contract would be signed… well, will it?

You said you still expect to meet the EOY revenue expectations ( shouldn’t be impacted by above you said)

Plus you said that revenue is H2 dominant, yet we haven’t heard about any new contracts for a while….

SoPete….. are you stating or are you lying……we will know in the next few weeks … looking forward to the excuses and promises of a bumper 2023
