I agree.. this new Summa agreement has the clarity of Tema written all over it.

Pete is dishonest, always has been….

Maybe someone should send the question in for next week and ask how the summa fee was reduced to offset a requirement in the extant contract that doesn’t exist.

So for the Liberia contract that waited for the land deal… so Pete reckons now the land is sorted, they are going to build a container port and provide meaningful revenues in the next 7 months…. Bet they don’t….B

So…. What has changed?

They made £9m last year should have been £13m

They say DRC is close, said that last year

They say Liberia will happen in 2023.. said that last year

They say the verbal contract will happen this year… so a), who has a fook in verbal contract and b), why is it not written down by now?

Lungi?… they admit the fee is lower… so economics not changed, ie.. the additional volume offsets the reduction in fee… so no extra dosh plus they have to wait to 2027 to see what happens next

Everything takes longer than anticipated with Pete,

How can it be that the “captain “ of the ship keeps getting his expectations so wrong…. He is the closest to the meetings/discussions/agreements with the clients….

So, how can he think that in June 2021 he can state that the troops on the ground will be in contract within 90 days… yet 700 days later they still haven’t signed that contract….

How can he say that a new MSC will be up and running within 2 months ( from Nov TU) and 7 months later it still isn’t 🙈

Does he actually go to these meetings because whatever he seems to think he has agreed… isn’t….

He is an absolute idiot and lost credibility years ago…

He is a liar and a parasite that just will do anything to stay in his job… looking forward to when he passes the baton to his kids… they have been brought up to behave in exactly the same way….

I can only presume that Pete follows the “ economic truth” prescribed by politicians:

He firstly stated in the 10th May RNS that “ we expect” the finals to be issued before the end of May…. But then in the second paragraph states that “ we will announce” the finals once the Auditors have cooked the books….so I presume that trumps the first paragraph….

As he hasn’t announced anything yet, one presumes the books are still being cooked……

Another small delay like DRC ratification won’t hurt….

Do you think Pete remembers the RNS he sent out a couple of weeks ago?… he is getting on a bit……he certainly didn’t remember the TU he sent out on the 1st Nov…..

So, has to announce finals tomorrow really, otherwise he has few options to keep within his “expectations for a small delay”:

A) tells us tomorrow that finals is next Wednesday-

B) tells us next Tuesday that they are the following day

C) tells us they are delayed further due to 5hItty auditor not being able to cook the books to petes liking

I think we all have the popcorn ready for his “outlook” statement. With over 5 months since 2022 ended, he might as well be telling us about what happened in the Battle of Hastings rather than lecturing us on historical performance and how interested we should be.

We want to know about his Nov TU and why he made a bunch of predictions that never came true… it questions his integrity, character and capability to be a ceo….

I am sure if we bring enough jars, he will fill them…. It’s been 7 months and not a word…. Must be a record.

End of May not that far away…. Expect RNS later this week to confirm the new date…..see if Pete sticks to the end of May…. After all, it’s just a formality… just like the DRC ratification process…. Lol….B

I look forward to the day that Wsg is run by AI ( Artificial intelligence) it will make a change to being run by HI (Human Incompetence)…..B

Thanks for your thoughts…I hate to be a nuisance but can I remind you that this is a publicly quoted company and Petes family is not a consideration to shareholders who have given Pete over £35 million pounds to build a global leading security business. That clearly is what his priority has not been.. looking after himself and his family on the other hand.. has been.

Covid was an opportunity let slip… the ferry business was a joke… so can you see Manx… Pete has failed to prove he has what it takes after giving it a go for 20 years….. time he went… after getting us to a business worth the price of an airport scanner and no known prospects….what is there to cheer about……I look forward to the better days ahead…B

Manx, just in case you don’t understand bulletin boards… the idea is that your opinion should be aimed at the words written and not the person making them… we are all entitled to opinions.. guess what, we base them in the facts in front of us.. if you have a counter view, please write it down….we don’t seem to have a counter argument to : Wsg is a pos….Pete is not a good ceo and the outlook is not great….I think there is enough evidence to back these claims up based on the information in front of us…. Pete hasn’t tried once to change that view and not a word since Nov 1st 2022 on “anything”…. How can that be tenable based on the claims he made on that day about 3 very large material events by EOY 22 … equally… a change of ownership of the flagship contract ( Lungi) and it’s commercial arrangements with Wsg has likely occurred yet no update on how that impacts revenue and the future … if that isn’t of material interest to shareholders , then what the fook is……

I look forward to Manx adding a few words on why he counters the current view….

Its petes ineptitude that stuns me…. He slips on more banana skins than a circus clown. He made statements in Nov 22 that in hindsight we’re just lies, and he then went in to hiding… he only needed to concentrate on getting the final’s completed as nothing else is going on…and he had the date in the diary “for a year.” But what does he do?…. He misses the date. Oops…. So why?….. I agree this year has been like no other…..no contracts, no progress, no money….., no interest, no volume, no pesky traders, continued share price collapse….. looking forward to the seminar… in June🙈. B

And why did he issue the RNS at 16:30… answer: because he has utter contempt for shareholders. B
