As I said the other day it seemed from the interview that those negotiations were pre ANMR....... So are we now in the less than 30 days to process. So much for the smooth passage eluded to on the 22nd. Anyway... we now know exactly where the application is in the tube. And we know there are not many metres left. Good luck all. B

Approx 17m round sells poured through today...i suspect ort is correct that it is the mms keeping us on our toes...or the last of the placing shares.... either way frustrating as early aug becomes mid then late.... wonder which bit we land the rns.....should try and convert august in to metric in order we can count down the metres..... AP is going to regret that analogy if the licence has not arrived by next friday. If rom are 2 hours ahead....so its 4 ish now...And they would have probably finished for weekend..then unless it pops up now ish then unlikely it would be monday 7am....unless of course as it will be 9am in ROm it was the first thing they did and AP had the RNS ready to go ...blah blah.....so more likely intra day or tuesday...but as we are mot allowed to conjecture in time anymore... i have to go with the fact it is metres away.....B

agreed all, a bit of venting this afternoon..perfectly normal.....I do think DG1 makes some sound points about how traders operate..... they jumped in expecting the licence a month ago...….must be tempting for them to jump in and out hoping to catch the rise when the news fails to materialise...….I have approx.4m of these and my average is about 52, and will not be tempted to sell any for 2 + years if that's how long it takes to get to mid tier...…… I have irons in other fires [mostly for fun especially STAR, WSG, MSMN and UKOG] but most expectations lie here for the early retirement dream.…...B

Merc7....not going to ask for him to splill the beans...he doent know how to.....just want to see if he talks to shareholders outside of a formal setting......I have just had a bit of good news iver on ukog......so not too upset if licence doesnt come till next week now... looks like another 61 finish for the week unless news hits us later or peeps want to get in prior to monday and the whole cycle starts again. I suspect you are right pepco…...perhaps I should have refrained from calling him a bouncy puppy always trying to please ……...on a serious note, AP has not played this whole episode well from 22nd June onwards. he is trying very hard to use the podcast system as a way of justifying the "early July" debacle to shareholders. The "I expected it by now" when he presented at Turner Pope on the 16th July...………. the "should have got it this week" when podcasting on Monday...….. followed by an admission he had been in negotiations all week with all the right parties...….feels like he is a "victim" or trying to get over that premise...……… As a CEO trying to bring opportunity to Rom, he should be treated with, and demand more respect from the Authorities...…… B

I write regularly to him via the contact form on the VAST website...……. never replies...………… I have been very balanced in my questions to him, yet I suspect a jobsworth filters them out so they probably never get to him..... I write regularly to other CEOs of AIM companies I am invested in and they do reply...……. I am obviously not worthy of his replies...……………..B

depends when the 30 days started...……….. in the podcast on Monday, it felt to me as though the pre ANRM negotiations had concluded rather than the post ANRM.... so is it that once a correct application is in, the 30 day clock ticks or was it from the 22nd June or something later. Unfortunately AP is being very woolly with his words about at what point in this process they are and has turned to distance as a way of measuring success. He seems to use the words "I am confident" a lot in his way of convincing us he is in control... when he is clearly not.... I suppose for the 4 year plus boys and girls this must be so tense. My very deep concern is that the AIM casino will make of the announcement what it will...… so I would hate to think that after all this anticipation we do not go out with a 10% rise [just like we did when the minister approved the licence]…….o I agree with others that AP needs to get out there and clearly point out the transformational outcome of this approval in pounds and pence rather than words that the market does not understand...…………..B
