hopefully news on other fronts next week...….. looks like we will bobble around here until AP delivers some cheer... He probably thought the posting of the application to ANMR would go down well, but I suspect the long suffering need to see the actual licence rather than smell it getting closer. I can presume that work continues at the mine in preparation for the green light, so its not a workforce sitting around asking "are we there yet?" particularly considering for the original application the miners went on a hunger strike and that speeded things up...…. Can someone tell the Rom Gov that I will refuse to eat until the licence arrives...…… anyone care to join me?...….., might help.....hope I don't starve and not reap the benefits of a 2p SP...…...B.

mojo...……..sorry mate this is the second time I feel the need to respond to your mischievous posts...…… The BP L is coming..... do you think the Minister would sign off his consent for his officials to then say "no"...…. the issue is "when" not "if"...…...so what's with the "without BP"...……… the answer is in front of you mate...……….. 0.58p just now…. last week the answer was 0.62p...……... and a few months ago is was 0.45p...…….. when you ask next week it will be something else...……. when the BP L arrives it will likely be a bigger number than the number before the BP L is announced..………… B

mojo..... give it a rest mate......are you trying to scare peeps in to selling to get your lower buy in price or doing a public service in trying to save us from humongous losses...….There is other news due and although the slide is not pretty to watch, I have to hope that AP is aware of what's going on and has a plan to fill the vacuum......All in all this has been an awful week [for the SP] even though it should have been taken by the Market as another massive step towards the licence being awarded...only ANRM to go... the biggest and most challenging hurdles have now been jumped...…AP has not handled this well given how he has hinted its proximity for over a year [hopefully he know this] and as this is AIM he equally should know how this market deals with uncertainty and delay, traders take delight in it and scare peeps off...….. Lets hope the 30 day rule [hopefully calendar and not working days]means we get the licence no later than the end of this month..... B

Have to admit this has been a really 5h1t week....I STILL say we would have remained mid 6s without the BRC note...The september signal was enough to allow the traders out and almost guarantee a lower re entry.... for them...taking a gamble i know but certainly paying off...some can buy 10% more than monday....sorry grump nearly over.. will we get an AST launch when our licence arrives...some how doubt it....there rant over...time to drive home...B

Yep. Funny how AST nearly doubles on the promise of a permit in the next 2 months......we have a "shortly" and go down nearly 10%..... this is AIM at its best....many will make a few pence on the AST spike today......B

I was about to ask the same....i have attemptrd to access AP via the contact us page on the vast website.....no responses ever...Not even an acknowledment that any human is on the otherside of the enqury form...if i recall leemorris also seemed to have direct access to AP........If castaeay has mentioned the contents of the last broker note to AP who was not aware of contents...maybe in future a more joined up message can be forth coming.......silly question castawsy.....did he tell you when the licence was coming......shortly perhaps....B

NH......september because. 1. BHC sayso... 2. Poster said it based on a service level agreement that ANRM have to turn paperwork around in 30 days 3. Poster believes there are 2 week public holidays in mid august 4. Because AP didnt say August... September is either 3 weeks or 7 weeks away depending on beginning or end....so if it does turn up in AUgust...I reckon the bookies would have lost a fortune. B

Also there feels like some complicity as all of the BHC Notes are kept in the VAST repository under Presentations, therefore VAST are taking ownership of the work and by that accepting what it says as fact...………….otherwise it would counter anything that the broker had misrepresented...…….. in nthis case AP has not thus is accepting Peters opinion... even though it is just an opinion......how many of you are in a meeting with your boss and continually interrupt with contradictory statements...……. By AIM defininition.....The role of the broker is a securities house which will also be a member of the London Stock Exchange and will be responsible for any initial fundraising at flotation, and for bringing together buyers and sellers to encourage trading in your shares.

I do not see in their role of encouraging buyers [rather than sellers] …. they should contradict the captain of the ship...…….as that will encourage sellers [as we have seen since the note was published]………… so I have to admit I am not sure if the Broker in this instance is friend or foe...……….B

I am sure that's not what the GWMO BB thought an hour ago !!……………...Gutted to see this sub 60 again...…..I have to just keep thinking that AP knows what he is doing..... shortly is all things to all men...…., To me AP needs to get other positive news out there now otherwise we will continue the slide by a thousand cuts as mr half/3 mil makes hay...…………...It was a big slog to get out of the 40s.and 50s...…… 60s has been short lived and based on the recent hype about a July licence...….just hope AP is sensitive to the way this has panned out for himself and learns from it...….B

ORT.... Fascinating reading and I can see how the road has been very difficult for VAST...… Most of the licences granted appear to be "prospecting" licences...….but the one you linked appeared to be quickened as the miners went on a sit in and hunger strike because the authorities were taking to long and they feared for their livelihood...… Ministers and the President of ANRM stepped in and things moved quicker...………… Seems a bit harsh to ring up the miners to ask them to start a hunger strike for us...……………...or is it...……..Baldrick...…… I have a cunning plan.
