RE: I'm in25 Nov 2020 14:24
There appears to be a trading pattern forming in the "no news" vacuum. where this share goes up relatively quickly by approx 10% and then over the course of a week or two gets chipped away at.. then it repeats.....I sense it is peeps thinking they need to jump on board in case they will miss something and MMs pushing the price up quiuckly... it then plateaus and peeps realise it will not keep going up, so the sells appear. Also throw in the YA/River twins taking advantage, then perfect conditions to get rid of a few more.
Question... Is there any disincentive to YA/River selling at a low sp as I am still a bit mystified on the mezannine loan. WSG gave the chuckle twins 7.5M shares each that they could then sell over the year and anything above 13p, they shared the spoils. So, question, did YA/River give wsg any money for the 15M shares upfront or was their payment/fee based upon what ever the shares sold for each month....so, if they had gone for 10p each and they sold a million, that would be a £100K per month..... or at 6p then the million gets you £60K....... so ... who gets the 100K or 60K, and if it is WSG, then what does YA/River get out of the deal.... and iuf it is just a fee, then there is quite clearly no disincentive to just keep flushing the toilet each month whatever the sp is...........sorry if this is an easy one, but not to me.
