Closet, this isn’t death spiral finance, they already have the shares and 7.5m each, all that happens is that they sell them each month and that’s the payment wsg get. The idea was that above the benchmark of 13p, they share the reward , that has not happened, so wsg have only ever felt downside on this deal and have not made enough to pay of the CLNs, meaning they either find the delta from profits or use find more finance. I think that is how it is but will be realigned if incorrect. B

It does always amaze me how AP always means the 11th hour....... when he says "in september" he means the 30th. when he says next week he means next Friday............. and sometimes he gets it completely wrong .... maybe there has been a typhoon or a hurricane or the ship was hit by a blue whale or maybe he just imagined it all and those pictures were from google. who knows... but either later today or tomorrow we will likely get some news of payment......... However the back of a fag packet suggested at a constant run rate of approx a million a month sale, they would only have about 1 or 2 million left. So may see the anchor removed next month . However receipts will be way down on what wsg wanted, so we may get mezzanine 2 if we stay below nominal . B

still appears to be a bit of YA/River dumping going on, any particular reason why it has turned up the sells... trying to be gone by December maybe.... It almost certainly is the big anchor on any rise and will stay that way until they have gone. As someone said yesterday, the funding going back to WSG is at least half of what they expected when they set up the agreement [remember the benchmark is 13p]...... so what is filling the gap?..... profits or are we expecting Mezannine 2 in January as he cannot place sub nominal. worrying times without some good news to counter the drag. Sandy, you seem more half empty than I remember. AP transformed his trucks in to a train, and now he is transforming the train in to a ship.......... these things take time. all will be well and he then will need to turn the ship back in to a train so he can haul more ore to the port... then he repeats but knowing each transformation gets quicker. B

mike, poor old Aiming will have to endure another 2 years on top of his 8 before he sees the fruits of the Freetown expansion......... B

I think revenues need to be better than H1 of £7m, as Covid sales should have been better, footfall through the airport should have improved and Tema should have been much better than H1, so 15-18 would get a smarty point or two. Profit of a million or more may get us over 10p, but this will sink without a Menzies or msc to keep the momentum. 10p is a big rise from here and if Pete throws in another finance deal like his current masterpiece we are all doomed to the poor house. B

One does feel that YA/ River have turned the tap on this month alongside many grumpy shareholders who have thrown the towel in. It has been unusual in the fact that wsg do seem to normally throw out enough bones to keep this above nominal but since the summer this has not happened. I think the webinar turned a few off as Pete clumsily took us through the opportunities that we already knew about and managed to get double digit growth out the required twenty times.... However it was all uninspiring. And absolutely nothing has helped since. I don’t even think good numbers for h2 will move this now, msc is needed. B

thanks Eskers. so it could be that Pete wants to be clear on what the expansion means for WSG and growth potential prior to any announcement. He knows just confirming the expansion would only open him up for further questioning on revenue and profit and now we know the expansion is from 0.2M -1.2M passengers, leaving us to do simple maths on revenue generation may set an expectation he cannot manage. Do we know how long it will take to build the expansion and any projections on the profile that gets to 1.2M passengers, ie 2 years, 3 years etc......... one presumes the demand is there. B

lets hope WSG have exclusivity for the whole Airport security and not just the current and only terminal. It would be great if as Ian B suggests this is akin to winning 5 new MSCs without having to bid for the new terminal work. I am amazed that Pete hasn't come out of his cave to acknowledge the growth potential on this for wsg.. maybe he has to confirm with the client the operating/payment model of a fee per passenger will be retained after the expansion project has completed. This maybe an opportunity to renegotiate if volumes increase 5 or 6 fold............B

Pete always playing catch up with the media......... he reported on the sanitising donation to FNA after it was reported in local press over there..........he cannot control the media for our news on developments and prefers we lived like mushrooms.......... there will be a wrap up of this news in his xmas speech where he will talk about future growth potential without meaningful numbers to back it up. No doubt the airport extension was his idea. B
