All European indices started to drop after 14.30. Wall Street opened down and dragged all down till closing time. Some recovery after hours, not much.

Hmm, I was expecting a little more enthusiasm from the POO on the good news, at least $45... But then, I always expect my glass to be full...

80p may not be that far away... Couple more weeks with some good news, unemployment down, transport returning to nearly normal, investors will feel more confident. Good time to buy.

And here is where PURP is more efficient, you don't have two people doing the same job.
There is no chasing payments, you don't pay anything with PURP until the transaction is completed.
Whole process is very clearly described, all steps are listed so the seller knows what is done and what needs to be done next. There were no delays but if they were I could have easily emailed the conveyancer directly without talking to the agent first. Much faster to cut out the middle man.

I sold and bought several properties, all without any problems. My friends or work colleagues didn't have any problems with house transactions either. If there were any queries, only solicitor was able to sort them out, not an agent.

I did sell a house with PURP, liked it, invested.

I liked being in control of the whole sale process. Liked online updates, online bookings, etc.
Traditional agents have many properties to sell, I am not deluded to think that they are putting more effort into the sale than I would.

There is NO sale progression call centre. Everything is done online, I got an introductory email from a conveyancer, registered with them, all was done online. All communication and documents were downloaded into my account.

I did sell couple of properties through traditional agents, prefer online.

Not selling yet, holding for 80 p minimum, maybe a £1.

Prop, hants, don't knock down this share, I am 75% in profit and there may be still a long way up. Can easily go back to £1. Good return on my investment, thats what I am looking for.

They must have deep pockets as the price is $10bn. Can easily afford getting PURP now.

Prop, there are some high price PURP listings, you need to ask the sellers. I would guess they want to save £10-20k in fees.

Nice data fro the US, NFP up and unemployment down, cheered up markets and oil.

Woodford sold out last Autumn so no longer to blame. Not reporting in RNS, would have if held above the threshold.
After great 4 days Friday was a disappointment all across my investments. Hope all will be zigzagging up for the rest of the year.

If Axel won't get eBay classifieds they will be more determined to get PURP. See if they will make a shortlist with their eBay bid.

Small sells, small buys, nothing really happening. But same across my portfolio, banks and oil are at a level for some time now. Need some good news for FTSE companies to cheer up.

Seneca bought in on the 14th, the news was out on the 19th, big spike of SP on that day but it was also the day of announcement of estate agencies reopening.

Woodford is being still talked about but they already sold out in October last year so they can't be blamed.

How useless broker ratings are!
RBC has ENQ at 1p underperform. Now ENQ is 12.5-14.5p
RBC has HUR at 30p outperform. Now HUR is 6.5p

So far lessons learned:
1-ignore brokers forecasts, they have their own crooked agenda
2-go for popular shares, they do better even if financials are not.

I am doing much better with PMO than with ENQ, recently invested in PMO only because it is more popular than ENQ. Regret not going for even more popular TLW, more than trebled already.

3-trade some of the investment. Not brave enough yet but selling after >20% jump could be better than watching SP retract. Buy back after retraction.

Axel Springer is busy bidding for eBay’s classifieds business. If they are on a bargain shopping spree PURP may be on the list next.
Today Marston's announced merger with Carlsberg, SP jumped 102%. Nice earnings for shareholders when merger/takeovers happen.

It seems PURP is just drifting more less on the same level for over a month. Mostly no big buys or sells, all in hundreds from time to time thousands.
Link and Tosca reduced their holding a bit but no major panic sells from big holders for the last few months.
Not expecting any big jump till autumn but seemed to be a good entry point.

This site is for smaller investors, we will not be fixing PURPs problems. Just hoping to cash in when they do.

LOL, you are on a desperate mission against PURP. All your work for nothing. Surely you know that no investor will be put off by any comments posted in here.
Do you really think multimillion investors (they only matter) will read your comment that there was a mistake in a house listing and decide not to invest?
Amazon is infamous for including fake reviews, look at their SP, sky high!
