Thats what I thought, they look viable, can't see any more drama on the horizon. Takeovers and mergers are usually good, SP jumps sky high at the news or even a rumour.

There is an article in The Negotiator that implies Wiele invested £171m which is incorrect as it is Springers investment.

This is misleading as PURP didn't lose Springers support, £171m are staying where they are.

Written to be intentionally misleading.

Don't see anything negative with Springer replacing a director. Weir didn't have any sizeable personal investment in PURP himself so no sell off to be expected because of his leave.
It may be a positive sign if Springer is planing a takeover and wants a reshuffle.
