I would say it is a mission accomplished for Saudis, they nearly destroyed shale. Market share battle is another aim and they want to increase it, they will not lose their share. They were going to make another production cut in April, now instead they are trying to increase production.
When all will rebalance SA will be in far better position than it was a month ago.

There is no oil company in the NS that could survive on $30 poo. Scotland economy is still largely dependent on oil, there is no way gov/banks would let NS oil collapse just because there is a 3 months slowdown due to the CV. Irrational panic is not a healthy state of mind.
