Just remember there's a �12m & �17m numbers mentioned in it's long winder history. Topped up some last month at slightly over 2p as thought it'll help average down my earlier lots. With XTR near it's hard rock thought the sp making it's way back north but guess what - wrong again! & that topped up lot is now nearly half value! Got in this 3 / 4 years ago & not too sure can continue losing it.

Batfink - sell to the Chinese for �10m?? - really......BUT we bought just for Manica more than �10m - was it not �12m or �17m?? and that's not with CB's money BUT we, shareholders' hard earned money!

Thought - was not someone offered to buy Manica at �17m or we bought it for �17m. If now MCAP is �4.82m - would have wished we sold it for �17m couple years ago - we shareholders probably (hopefully) got more payout back than current sp. (Not only that we raised �4.88m last year). I'm more than 70% down & that's from those bought at later dates after the Chepica episode. (Don't forget I also sold at huge loss just before Chepica episode). I think I need > 1000% up from current sp to recover what I put in here - will I get there with those hard rock stuff?

Not following this till today as I find it very strange that normally a company got sold to another company or take over the share prices rises and shareholders benefit. So can't understand the scenario here. Has the BOD sold this company too cheap as company got no value? BOD got finance help elsewhere for themselves and sold cheap? What'll happens to shareholders (especially pi) who been supporting company all these past years? This situation can also happen to any other companies isn't it? BOD perform poorly and for themselves?
