Any luck with your email? 7 - 10 days and my guess is we'll hear something anyway... Might not be very interesting, but hey ho... something to read...
Cheers, will be interesting to see what is said. Although I think he might be busy with the "rumoured" placing on NYO. It's just a case of waiting for CLN - Rome wasn't built in a day as they say, but you also have to remember that it was built by those raised sucking on a lactating wolf's teat.- lol
...CLN don't mind taking it to July, but I don't think they will. There should be [you would hope] some sort of RNS this month. I stated 15th, but I'm hedging my bets and going to revise this to the 22nd. I would hope the next one will say 'on' or 'off'' and move forward. It would be nice to align this with the beginning of a new Tax Year... And of course I have based the above on SFA... LOL
I noitce NYOs recent updated presentation states that their is a potential spin out of their Ethiopia Platinum project... mmmm I wonder. How about thier Swaziland Gold project as a farm out to CLN as well?
It was purely a guess below, and I don't think there would be much of a response if I asked that... I was just trying to get ideas flowing, but it's probably best to just sit and wait for this to unfold... Take it easy :-)
...be a cleverer play than it first seems? I'm hypothesising, but seeing as this is suspended, there's not much more we can do lol... There are links between CLN and NYO. NYO don't want to progress their Ethiopian platinum assets, but also don't want to lose all gains that could be made. So they consider hiving off the platinum into a new company to be run independently. However, they don't want to be reliant on just one resource so find a field they might be interested in and get CLN to do a reverse takeover for this area. Once this is complete they can then position more people on the CLN board so the companies can plan strategically together, and sell/farm out to CLN who become a producer (of higher risk ventures). If the dirt pays off NYO can then buy/Merge CLN, using any debt as a tax advantage (not sure how, but this was mentioned on iii) and emerge as a stronger company... Well, that’s my guess for the evening. Night all :-)
...far off with my prediction then [see below - 3rd Feb]. I don't think they will do the same again. My guess is we will know what is happening by 15th March [ish]. I wouldn't be surprised if they follow up with a second acquisition straight off, following the suspension being lifted. As you all know I still think NYO's platinum in Ethiopia with have some involvement here... Time will tell. GLA :-) "...hope an EGM will be called before the 28th Feb and we'll be trading again the day after. As long as they keep getting extensions on the option I don't think they mind taking it all the way to to July if needed though. There isn't much we can do now anyway... My guess is they will release and RNS on the 28th Feb saying they have extended the option to the end of March.. lol but I'm an optimist :-)"
...leaning towards the acquisition of NYO's platinum mine... time will tell... I'd hope that they are not just sat on their hands whilst this suspension is in progress... GLA
...liked by an investor I know... Oh, and seems like Spac3y as well lol - Evening mate.
...of 201 - Slight premium here? Any clues?
to be optimism on other BBs that 28th Feb will be as long as they take it. Fingers crossed then.
Thanks for the offer, but I don't give out my email... If you're willing to post relevant parts here that would be great. If not, then no worries... ATB

...think there will be some tie up with NYO at some point. This opinion is based purely on circumstantial evidence (some posted here previously as a link to iii) - I have no facts to support this at all.
...to say. If it opens up I'll be happy. Can't really quantify exploration licences as they still might not find anything. I'd 'guess' at opening up, raising quickly to c.3p then finally settling down about 1p before moving North on any positive news... Total guess...
The day after the EGM. Which if the company is going to exercise the option should be before the 28th February. However, if you're still asking that question on the 12th July I'll give you a different answer :-)

...with the 15th looming. At least the sp hasn't dropped for a few weeks here. It's my most stable holding lol. My 'guess' - RNS slip into next week with the sp opening up (a lot I hope :-). Then a couple of days later another RNS detailing another acquisition - NYO Ethiopia platinum mines for example... then another rise up on the back of the positive sentiment... Here is for hoping...
