Who are all these new people on this chat platform? Where have you all suddenly come from? Where is Krispy and all the other sane, normal people who have been posting over the last three years?
Where is Wassatt Junior?
I’ve filtered him out too! He’s worse than that flat-earther we used to have. At least the latter was sometimes funny.

I’m very sad to hear the news about Wassatt. All my condolences to his friends and family. Although we never met, his posts were always interesting and erudite.
Yesterday I received a hacked email from the Company Secretary’s address, apparently including confidential documents regarding Sirus Petroleum. She (the Company Secretary) has apologised. It’s all so utterly depressing. Tri-Star is a fiasco.
Now that we have been told that they are “relishing” the furnace, everything makes sense...
I’m disillusioned about this forum now. It’s obviously a complete joke. Up to this week there were a few investors posting on the site whose opinions and ethics I came to trust. Now it seems I was wrong. It has become like a school playground.
I’m a bit confused as to what’s going on here. If someone has had information from someone within the company which can’t be shared doesn’t that constitute “inside information”?
I’ve had this reply from Tri-Star: “The date for the AGM has not yet been decided, but we are expecting this to be in the second half of July. An AGM Notice will be sent out before the end of June” (from the Company Secretary). Perhaps the statutory maximum six-month period is from the date of publishing the yearly accounts or something?
I found this online: “The AGM must be held within six months from the closing date of financial year. A notice of 21 days has to be sent to all members. Every Company, apart from OPC, must have to hold in addition to other meetings, by giving a notice about the meeting, not more than 15 months in between the date of AGM to the next.”
I’m a bit disappointed that no one on this forum can come up with an answer to my question. You all seem so knowledgable.
By what date do they have to hold an AGM by law? Last year it was 12th June I think.
I want to buy some Tri-Star shares for my ISA but the Share Centre won’t let me trade electronically. I wonder what is up. Maybe the Share Centre website is on the blink.
Today is the anniversary of my first purchase of Tri-Star. I thought it might be good news day..,
What is a “rinse”
So annual gross worth of antimony+gold output circa £180m.
A cyanide bath sounds tempting at the moment...
Perhaps three Wise Men will bring gifts of antimony, antimony and antimony to us, the struggling faithful, on Christmas Day. (That’s if there are any wise men at The Roaster...)
Tomorrow is Antimony Day!!
