Email to Inspirit today8 Oct 2015 13:38
I emailed this to the company this morning.
Will update if possible.
Dear sirs,
I write as a small shareholder / private investor in Inspirit who has taken quite a battering (along with everyone else) over the decline in share price over the last eighteen months.
Despite the battering, I still (possibly foolhardily) maintain a lot of faith that we are en-route to announcing, manufacturing and selling a class leading mCHP product and whilst I was dismayed when I read the RNS released on 15th June I was somewhat encouraged that maybe, at last, we were beginning to get somewhere.
I was also encouraged (possibly foolhardily) to read some of the quotes I've shown below, thinking that maybe the news flow from the company could be about to improve.
But, as far as I am aware, there have been no updates or snippets of news since that time, other than the trademark application.
Could you, therefore, be good enough to give a brief update of whether the "first verification unit boiler" has actually been built, shipped, is under test, etc.
An idea of a time line going forward would be good for the nerves too, indicating when testing might be completed (if it is not yet done), when evaluation units might begin to appear, etc.
I appreciate that you can't give price sensitive information, but an update of where we are up to at the moment would be of immense interest to a lot of small investors.
From RNS 15th June 2015
(selected quotes)
"Inspirit Energy Holdings plc ..... is pleased to announce that it has commenced construction of its first verification unit boiler."
".......and, following final in-house testing, will be shipped to the independent international consultants, Enertek International Ltd."
Paddy Thompson, Sales Director of Inspirit Energy, commented:
"......... We look forward to updating shareholders on progress when this unit is shipped to Enertek for testing."
John Gunn, the Company's CEO, commented:
"...... I look forward to reporting back to shareholders as soon as possible as we progress through a very busy development period."
If you do reply, I may post quotes from your reply on the LSE Chat room unless you specifically ask me not to.
Yours etc...
