So why is ARB not moving in spite of the huge demand (buys), is there something that I need to factor in. I am new to Crypo, but shouldn't the same Demand and Supply work?

Very reasonablely put, but some folks here now have cult following I think. This is making independent thinking to be so rare nowadays.
The first and golden rule of shares is that of Demand and Supply.
1. Why is ARB not rising with BTC rising but quick to drop like lead when the price of BTC drops?
2. What is ARB producing if not BTC?
3. The Yanks will not save the day.

I can predict a topsy turvy Opening soon but with BTC on the ramp, the only way is Upwards....
The 200p is now looking like a massive discount, only that we could have tested 300p today easily but for the itchy dilution.
