Surely a game changer!!
I have loved everything Aston Martin for more years than I care to remember. Fortunate enough to have owned a fine example (C00293) one which I never thought could be bettered. However, it seems I may well just have lived long enough to be proven oh so terribly wrong!! Congratulations to all involved at AML. I may well have to wait a while (LTH in COPL and EUA for my sins) but even if it means an earlier than anticipated life-time mortgage, one of these is coming my way!!
ATB one and all.

Good post @ Silversprings.
@chickster
Dion appointed October 18, 2011 according to 2023 AGM Notice.
With a lot of personnel changes of late, for clarity, Mr. Kravitz and Mr. Wall aside, of the BoD and other highly compensated officers, am I right in thinking that the following are still around. Please advise.
Arthur S. Millholland as President of COPL (A)
Thomas D. Richardson as company Chairman
John F. Cowan as a Board of Director member
Robert G. Dion CPA, CA as V.P. Finance and Controller
PS - Thanks for the update RBM
Contacted the media team at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) today and asked if they were aware of the publicly available comments on Gaffney's "Just Giving" page and questioned if they really wished to be associated with such an individual.
ICR Head of Comms / Deputy Director - Development and Communications Directorate replied, offered thanks for making them aware and confirmed that they are to investigate.
@Ashwaldo,
Don't know about 4 billion shares, but on Nov 17, 23 (08:23) a post included the following :-
"Firstly I think many will be reading there's about 2bn boip under the JV. I think they're about to be told that's wrong. I've been working on 4bn boip for some time now and I’m starting to believe even that may be conservative".
Having been prompted to re-read Blackstout's latest posts, I too agree with Chickster, the calculations make for a very compelling argument of just how valuable an asset we're sitting on. We just need the right people at the helm.

To the producer of this chart ( a fine piece of illustrative work if ever there was one!!), any chance of incorporating our chums at Atlas i.e. Mr. Raddi, Mr. Raslan and Mr. Faugerolas. Wouldn't want them to feel left out of the party!!
@P00r1
is all good with you +4 in terms of registering your support for the cause?
Not in any way trying to undermine official response but as none, as far as I can see, yet received just wondered if any help needed?
@aftr,
Many thanks for posting this updated information. Really is a great visual to aid and understand the background intrigue.
@Btb,
see RBMI's post at 10:43 today for the contact e-mail address. Prove your share holding via screen shot etc and confirm you want "The COPL Share Watch Team" and their appointed legal advisors to represent you in the upcoming class action lawsuits.
Just replied.
RBMI and all thanks for everything you're doing.
I guess if they thought they could pull off "The Great COPL Roll Swindle" they might now need to think again.
"Loves me a good fight I does!!"
As requested, as I was initially asking a question, I directed my contact to:
complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk
The Ombudsman's Customer Service Team have responded for each company separately as follows:
"Dear XXX
Your complaint about Anavio Capital Partners LLP
Thanks for getting in touch with the Financial Ombudsman Service. We’ve set up a case for you – the reference number is XXXXXXXXXXXX. Please use this number whenever you contact us.
Before we can get involved, Anavio Capital Partners LLP needs a chance to give you an answer on your complaint.
We can only look into complaints where you've received a final response letter from the business you're complaining about, or where the business hasn't responded within our time limits. If you submit a complaint to us before this, we won't be able to get involved and it will take us a lot longer to progress your complaint.
What you'll need to do
You should complain directly to Anavio Capital Partners LLP, explaining what the problem is, and how you'd like them to put things right.
If you’ve already complained to Anavio Capital Partners LLP, in most cases they have up to eight weeks, to look into your complaint and issue their final response, depending on what you're complaining about. You should keep a record of when you complain to them, and any other correspondence or conversations.
In the meantime, you can find out more about how to complain on our website.
When you've heard back from the business – or eight weeks have passed from the date you first complained – if you remain unhappy, get back in touch using our online form or call us on 0800 023 4567 and we'll let you know how we can help.
We won’t take the complaint any further at this stage".
FWIW, I recently asked the ombudsman if I was wasting my time in complaining to Anavio and Shard (T/A Tennyson). They have today replied and confirmed a case file has been opened for them to pursue following the 8 week period Anavio and Shard have to respond to my complaint.
Genuinely pleased and encouraged, not to have my concerns dismissed. Let's see where this goes.
If you wish to do the same, may I suggest you get you complaints in asap.
