Patience though, the gold is still there.

Ended up in red! Frustrating, too many warrants. Hopefully most of the 0.32p ones are now gone. Testing patience to the limits.

Patience, once the head wind (warrants) are cleared it will take off. We know the gold is there.

Let's work on this, and NOT consider Greenland assets.

Alba MCAP is £26.39 million at an SP 0f 0.45p.

The estimate in the Telegraph puts the value of gold at £750 million (some would say this is based on old data).

Let's not look at the whole amount of £750 million, let's look at 10% of that.

10% of £750 million is £75 million and this is equivalent to an ALBA SP 0f 1.28p.

Now, Clogau gold trades at a premium, currently trades at up to 30 times normal gold, https://www.clogau.co.uk/aboutclogau/welshgold.aspx

This premium is expected to reduce to 3 to 5 times standard gold when we start producing and this will put the Daily Telegraph estimate to between £2.25 and £3.75 Billion.

Stick to 10%,and 10% puts the Telegraph estimate to between £225 and £375 million which is equivalent to an ALBA SP of 3.84p to 6.40p.

To summarise, and working on 10%
Telegraph estimate, 10% is equivalent to an ALBA SP of 1.28p
Add premium 3-5 times, 10% is equivalent to an ALBA SP of between 3.84p and 6.40p

Now, do your own estimate of how much they can recover from Clogau and add Greenland assets.

Mr008, if you wait too long then opportunities will pass you buy. Right now is an opportunity.

These sells, IMO, are warrants. Once these are cleared the SP will move up. I believe we’ll have more news to come this month, patience.

Nookie, we need to break through 0.6p in order to move decidedly up. We would have done so by now if it wasn’t’ the for the warrants.

A fair SP in my opinion is multiples from here. Whether we get there or not depends on the news flow coming out of GF. The warrants overhung has to clear. However, I still think we can reach and exceed 1p in the coming months.

I think, assuming that all placing shares have cleared already, is warrants that arrested the advance. If so, we will get an RNS by tomorrow. It needs patience.

Looks like the Placing shares have now gone. Opportunity to buy/top up below 0.4p gone.

Volume has been rising, correct.

Late trades yesterday added up to 154 million. This includes 60 mil, 50 mil, 10 mil , 5 mil and 2 mil trades!

Yes, 60 mil at 0.4088p 50 mil at 0.4088p and 10.6 mil at .43p - what do they know?

The SP holding well above placing price is a good indicator of strength. Other stocks with similar performance after placing moved on to multibag.

Nookie, I hold 28.5 million shares. Yes, this placing right now is annoying, I think it could have happened later at a much higher price, but I am not GF, I don’t know his reasons.

The drop in value of my portfolio is also annoying, but at the moment is just a paper drop. Nothing lost until I sell. I am aiming for much higher SP level before de-risking though. And I am confident that the SP will break through the 0.58p resistance soon.

I am not worried about seeing no gold from the results yet. As GF said, they will analyse all drilling bulk samples together to get a representative estimate of the gold content. I believe that that the results will be very good,.

As far as seeing some gold, ALBA already brought samples to surface from their 2019 expedition, was in the Daily Telegraph and a piece of that was shown in the ITV News.

The placing is annoying, yes.

But look at the SP performance so far, indicates great strength.

We now know that we will have results before Christmas.

We do know that the results are expected to be stellar ... Happy Christmas everybody

Most of us are here to make money and we know the risks. We also know that the higher the risk the higher the reward normally.

I use this opportunity of very low Angus SP to add. I know what the risk is and when it comes to Angus, been here for a few years. I take no notice of the BS on this board.

Also, been with ALBA for a while, about the same time as I have with Angus. My ALBA average was high too, but as ALBA was falling, I kept adding and brought my average down to circa 0.2p. I have a reasonable holding in ALBA and I am now sitting on a hefty profit (100%+)

When it comes to ALBA though, I have one regret. When ALBA brought in Bergen, and the SP collapsed down to 0.04/0.05p things looked real bad. My regret is that at that time I did not follow my gut, got worried, and did not buy a truck load of shares at that level. Had I done that ... I will be close to retirement right now.

Learned my lesson and with Angus at this level ... I am a buyer.

Elir71, IMO there are two other events that may be classed as significant:

1. Pilot Plant is on its way to Wales, or arrived there
2. A JV deal with a Jeweller

Either one of these can cause the SP to move up significantly and either one could be announced before the results come out. In fact, as per previous RNSs the Pilot Plant will be operational in Q4 2020. About 6 weeks left, so an RNS on Pilot Plant can arrive any time now. GLTA.

Alba stated twice in RNS that the Pilot Plant will be in operation in Q4 2020.

There are only 6 weeks left to Christmas and year end ... so it should be arriving any day now.

Look at the charts, the SP has been holding very close to the recent high (above 0.45p) for sometime now ... on very low volume - Yes there aren't many buyers at the moment but there aren't many sellers either.

A spark and this will fly. Chart looks set to go.

I think planning was an issue, but not certain.

I got no doubt in my mind though that those results are genuine since it was in an RNS. You cannot make this up without risking jail.

Not long now and the results will be out.
