I don’t read the CLN terms the way you do - RNS 20 April 2020

“The New Loan Note is unsecured and is convertible at maturity after two years at the lower of (a) £0.01; or (b) if there is an issue of Shares or options in respect of Shares (excluding options granted to directors, managers or employees) by way of a single or directly related offer to the public with an aggregate subscription amount of £250,000 or more made without the prior written approval of the Noteholder then the price attaching to the lowest of those issues (the "Conversion Price").

The £250,000 restriction comes in force after 2 years.

Terms of the New Convertible Loan Note: - Equity Event: means the issue of Shares or options in respect of Shares (excluding options granted to directors, managers or employees) by way of a single or directly related offer to the public with an aggregate subscription amount of £250,000, £350,000 for the first six months, or more made without the prior written approval of the Noteholder

You notice the “for the first six months” and “offer to the public”.

Is now 8 months (>6) and from yesterday’s RNS “The Placing is not being underwritten and the Placing Shares are not being made available to the public”.

The way I read this is that £250k is all that Angus needed now and is not due to CLN restrictions.

Good RNS and good market reaction - muted. Last time SP moved up fast then reversed.

Hopefully now a slow push upwards until the assay results come out.

Rastuss, I do believe that Angus will manage to get SFB online. Balcombe and anything else will be a bonus. They will get their financing and the National gas grid connection will be accomplished. I believe that and I am in. Will actually now add some more, hopefully near placing price. The SP WILL substantially appreciate, but DYOR.

Rastuss, buy now thank me later. As a minimum you will more than triple your money. Angus has to make SFB work.

Ocelot, agree - It must have to do with the debt facility negations.

Nookie, is not manipulation, right now the sellers outnumber the buyers ... I was just offered to buy 5 million shares at 0.378p!

ALBA does need to come up with news on Clogau, now not later.

A few more days without Clogau news and MR008’s prediction will turn out to be right.

Last placing has had a big negative effect on the SP and ALBA does really need to work harder on improving sentiment here again. Should keep Clogau in the limelight with regular announcements, tweets or RNS.

I hope we get some news on Clogau soon.

Greenland assets are very important but the SP rise from the lows is purely based on Clogau.

In the absence of Clogau news, the pressure on the SP is likely to continue.

I hope Alba has something to announce soon. Preliminary structural interpretation results were promised before Xmas. Also, Pilot Plant was to be operational in December. Fingers crossed news in these by latest early next week.

To prop the SP up, ALBA needs to focus on Clogau and not divert attention to Greenland prematurely.

Ocelot, you are correct ... GF has a lawyer background, unfortunately :).

He is using words with precision and never ramps.

So when it comes to him using words like “huge” then you know that in all likelihood there is definitely a very high probability of success in finding commercial gold quantities at Clogau. Hopefully, a jeweller JV will be announced soon.

Assay results were never promised before Christmas.

Structural interpretation results for underground drills and preliminary interpretation results for surface drills did.

We already had the structural interpretation of the underground drills (which exceeded Alba expectations), now we are waiting for the preliminary interpretation results of the surface drills - before Christmas.

Also, the arrival of the Pilot Plant.
