Any thoughts as to why Forest Nominees, who are due to buy the 15 million shares at the placing of 1p and the 15 million warrants at >1p, are not hoovering up these shares being sold below 1p?

Doesn’t make sense to me. They can buy these shares below 1p and cancel their interest in the forthcoming placing (to be approved March end).

Reaction to Balcombe appears to be way over the top. The SP is gone in to a free dive and looks set to head for new all time lows.

I am surprised that Forest Nominees, which want their 10%, are not jumping in to add to their holding. After all there is a placing coming just for them. Why pay more for it?

Could Balcombe approval be a precondition for receiving the funding?

The market is not acting as if the funding deal is about to close. Somebody just damped 1.5 million shares at 0.755p - Levels that a month ago we never thought we will see again!

Destitute, seriously? You are going to dig a hole in your garden and come up with the same grades? If you did do that the best thing you will come up with is some grades of manure!

The grades were excellent, ore type grades you can almost send them straight to the smelter. These were drill holes in only one of the CHF sites and they did strike. They are looking for VMS deposits and found those (rich VMS deposits) in 2 out of 13 holes. In another 3 holes they found native copper (dripping off the drill bits). Is only the start, Cyprus is rich in copper ... that is where it gets its name from. And has gold too.

I am buying the dip. The issue here is the wording, results were excellent.

With a different attitude the SP would have been a lot higher now ... Alba is way undervalued compared to its peers. Unfortunately, is the lack of drum beating by the BOD that keeps the SP low. GGP showed the market gold finds on several occasions during their expedition. XTR is very good with the RNSs - look at their SP.

PB, I don’t believe what happened in Range Resources can happen here.

GF has integrity, but he is far too cautious. I do however believe that he can show gold if he decides to - we already know that he is got some from the sample that was sent to the laboratory and came up with 20.7 g/t and confirmation of flowsheet. Also, after 2+ years in the mine he must have come across to some finds? The Daily Telegraph did report in the past that Alba retrieved gold samples.

Also, the Pilot Plant has been in operation for some time now - show some concentrate? Hell ... during the webcast he showed a piece of concentrate and said it was from previous expeditions and they came across to it —- why wasn’t that piece from the Pilot Plant?

Vote is refused by all of them ... but at least it didn’t have any impact on the SP - is still sitting at 0.8p.

FFS, GL needs to concentrate on getting the SF funding done and stop wasting money, time and energy. Get the effing funding done.

When is GF going to wake up and show some gold?

The RNS today was good ... but not good enough to generate sentiment and interest, the market was expecting something different, hence the SP dipping.

Alba has been working IN A GOLD MINE for quite sometime now .... is time to show some gold.

Only then will the SP appreciate. Even showing some concentrate from the Pilot Plant will do the trick.

Second placing at 1.0p that will be approved at the AGM at the end of March - would Forrest Nominees now want those shares? They can now buy a hell of a lot more at a cheaper price! - assuming that they are still interested.

If the funding doesn’t’ the get approved soon, we might see a new low. This so infuriating!

Anybody knows where the outstanding warrants are listed? Searched the annual and half yearly reports and could not find any reference.

The market did not like his presentation nor his Macy’s interview and the SP is crushing.

To be honest, I never thought we will see these SP levels again after we hit a 52-week high (1.55p) exactly a month ago.

This is unforgivable. GL has to stop the jam tomorrow talk and close the effing funding deal. No excuses, period.

I hope this is made clear to him by all investors.
