Ocelot, considering the Angus circumstances under this BOD - driving the SP down from 14p/12p to under 1p - a pay rise is not warranted at this stage.
Close the funding deal, get SF going, get cash flow ... then a pay rise may be warranted.
Yes, their salaries are low when compared with SS over at UKOG ... but they are not low when compared with most developing AIM companies in similar circumstances with no cash flow. Some are getting paid in shares ... others are on lower that £60k.
Personally, I have no problem with them getting a pay rise after they get cash flow coming in to the company, but not shareholders cash!
