Yes, drilling starts this week as said in the Webinar and the CHF tweet yesterday which stated “soon”.

Looks like the SP has now formed a bottom. IMO, good entry/add opportunity as we are heading in to more drilling and results.

They will learn the hard way but I hope not though as I have a fortune riding in Angus. Is in my interest for Angus to succeed at something and drive the SP up.

These events around SF funding brought a bitter reminder of Brockham.

One cannot go with what Angus is saying but with what it does ... and so far nothing is done yet.

Any ideas on Forrest Nominees involvement? Are they another Rupert Labrum? Any signs of them being involved in/with what Angus is trying to achieve?

I am a firm believer in buying before the herd arrives (FOMO), else I will be paying a lot more.

There is always a risk for the SP to go lower, but we are now trading at the bottom of a range (0.3p-0.56p) going back to September last year.

Yes, there is a risk for the SP to go lower, you cannot eliminate this. But IMO, the upside potential from here (as a minimum to above 0.5p) outweighs the risk of a drop from here which I expect will be heavily bought in to. GLTA.

Ocelot, my current doubts stem from my very very long experience with Angus - been a holder for 5 years now.

After Brockham, where 3 days before the disastrous RNS, they issued an RNS saying that all is going to plan more or less, I am no longer taken by what they say but by what they do.

This delay in closing the funding deal does worry me.

That is why I asked the question on Forrest Nominees - where do they come in in all of this?

I am not so sure anymore. I have a fortune riding in Angus, but my confidence is gone due to the failure to close the funding deal and looks like closing of this deal is not going to happen anytime soon.

Pranchalee, looks like the Director buys did the job - firm support now at the 200d SMA. We should now see a gradual improvement in the SP.

Yes, I agree with you, Alba will see the previous high and with a bit of luck break through 0.6p. I will add some more to my holding, if the SP is still down here at 0.3p next week.

After next week we may see a slow drift up in anticipation of the results. GLTA.

Irishdemon, no matter how hard you try you are not going to manage to affect the SP - the bottom is set.

Results were excellent and next round of drilling will further confirm this.

No problem in buying and selling Angus with IG - that is who I trade with. Being buying Angus for the last 5 years with no issues.

Further Equity Placing

Angus is pleased to announce that WH Ireland Limited has, further to the Placing announced on 27 January 2021 and to satisfy additional demand, conditionally placed on behalf of the Company a further 15,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Further Placing Shares") at a price of 1 pence per share to raise gross proceeds of £150,000 (the "Placing"). The Further Placing Shares were also accompanied by the issue of one warrant to subscribe for one ordinary share in the Company for each Further Placing Share (the "Further Placing Warrants"). When issued, the Further Placing Warrants will be exercisable at any time, for a period of 2 years, from the date of admission of the Further Placing Shares at the following exercise prices: 50% at 1.2p; 25% at 1.35p and 25% at 1.5p.

Issue of the Further Placing Shares and the Further Placing Warrants are conditional on the Company having sufficient authority to issue the Ordinary Shares and associated warrants, such authorities will be sought at the upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company which is anticipated to be held on or around 30 March 2021 and further details of the AGM will be provided in due course.

Irishdemon, AIM or Standard List -not important. What matters is that it is a developing company which can be compared with its peers.

£5k is an insult? Would you be happier if he didn’t buy and only the other three bought the larger amounts?

What really matters is that they all bought in the open market when the directors of many other developing companies don’t.

Also, you think £5k is not enough? I suggest you take a look in the last Yearly Report and compare the £5k with the Directors salaries and see what percentage that is.

Personally, I am more than happy with this vote of confidence and will add more to my holding.

Yes they are good buys. There aren’t many AIM companies whose directors buy in the open market, they normally get their shares through options. Personally, I am more than happy with that. Good vote of confidence.

Nothing wrong in hearing about another stock. Thanks Irishdemon for pointing it out, I checked it out and looks interesting. I will keep an eye on it too.

In the meantime, we do have an excellent stock in CHF and the BOD just put their hard earned in it to send a signal and also make some money as it is now oversold with excellent prospects.

Monday morning first thing I will add some more, the SP is sitting at the 200d SMA and is extremely likely to be up from there, in my opinion.
