All these delays are down to corruption - from what we heart they are looking for bribes in order to move things, Clon was not willing to pay a bribe hence here we are.

If Ghana doesn’t move to ratify then in all likelihood they will be left with stranded (come worthless) assets. Hopefully, they will listen to their Finance Minister and wake up soon.

Inchpo, agree with you, director buys now will definitely send the SP on upward trajectory. They are saying that Eve is on track for sustainable profitability in 2022 and in line with expectations for 2021, so what’s there to loose?

Buys or sells is really irrelevant IMO.

The SP is going down because there are more shares available for sale than people are seeking to buy and that is why the SP is drifting down even tough we have mostly buys. The seller keeps dropping the ask as the buys at that level dry out. The 2.5 mil sell yesterday might have been a bid to buy 2.5 mil at 3p and the seller saw that and obliged.

As per Eve announcements all is going to plan for sustainable profitability next year and as such there is no good reason for this SP decline. IMO, these shares are coming from a distressed seller(s) that needs cash and is not willing to wait.

On course for full year expectations (and sustainable profitability in 2022). Nothing in the TU was negative.

The cash pile going down? Yes is spend on expansion and Eve has said on numerous times that they have enough cash to get to sustainable profitability. They have to spend money to get there.

Cannot see what the negatives are. Probably the sales are mainly due to a large distressed seller and if so this would be an excellent buy/add opportunity. There cannot be many more shares left at this level, surely after the 2.5 mil sell yesterday, otherwise a TR-1 should be due.

This is back to being very frustrating again. Series of good news failed to stimulate interest because the SP back was broken due to big errors (e.g bulk samples).

Greenland did not even come in to the picture in the run from under 0.1 to 0.56p, yet it looks like now the sale of it is weighing heavily on the SP.

Unless we now see some gold the SP is IMO not going anywhere but drifting slowly down. Whatever happened to early revenue generation from the waste rock? We don’t even know if the application for its exploitation has been filed and this is inexcusable in my book.

Yes, the rerate has begun and by rerate I mean SP going up. Is just a slow fuse at the moment, just wait for the next RNS or two. No matter what you or anybody else things about fundamentals, the market will react to positive news flow coming in. And the news flow has now commenced.

Not too long till the next update … interims on 23 September (8 weeks).

Is all looking good now, we just need some volume and off we go. The volume should arrive as the news flow continues. Hopefully another director buy RNS this week.

I don’t have D’s and Wyn’s skills in fundamentally analysing Eve, but FWIW the way I see it (from the RNSs) is that Eve is turning round.

2020 had best results ever and better results are expected from now on.

From what the company has said (the important things),

1. Eve has enough cash in hand to get Eve to profitability (no placing).

2. The company is on course for sustainable profitability in 2022 (next year).

Last TU seemed to have spooked some impatient investors but there was nothing in it to indicate that either (1) or (2) above where in jeopardy.

So, Eve is on course for sustainable profitability in 2022. IMO this is a buy in/top up opportunity and personally I am sitting tight on my shares and will add more as and when funds become available.

If the equipment is on site should we not be getting an RNS? This materially affects the SP and as such it should be RNS’ed - they did RNS the delay?

BV, spot on. Some people just like to be constantly negative. Why? - I don’t know.

I don’t see how anybody can owe shares and constantly be negative. I could understand this earlier on, but now we can see some light at the end of the tunnel. Circumstances are changing and they deserve a chance to see how they pan out.

The BOD just got a hefty pay rise, the least they can do is try and boost confidence. They don’t have to put all they have in to buying Angus stock, nobody is asking for that and nobody is expecting it. All it is expected from them to do is invest a little from what they receive in this year’s pay rise in to buying some shares (and not every year, just now). This is a very reasonable expectation and they owe it to shareholders after the failures that we had.
