Clontarf obtained a High Court injunction against the Ghanaian state on the overlap.

Negotiations started with the new government in May 2017 to confirm details, followed by expedited ratification.

No it doesn’t, is not the number of shareholders that matters but how many shares they hold as a % of shares outstanding (10%)

James, the SP is moving in the right direction. Better wait for the director buys RNS when the advance slows down.

Mirasol, we all know that the market acts mainly in anticipation.

I anticipate that by November, with the right news flow the SP will be much higher than now.

The only question is when it comes to November (first gas) will the RNS be a good one or a bad one. If it is a good one, the SP wshould move even higher, if it is a bad one the SP will drop.

So, there is gains to be had between now and November.

I think that sub-1p is now history … and the director buys RNS is not out yet!

Thanks Ocelot. Is possible that they filed the application in Feb but had to submit additional documents, which they done in March. So, in all likelihood is all good - 2 more weeks, not long.

So, it is 4 months and will be over this month. We should know within the next two weeks, I take it the application was filed in the middle of March.
