Ocelot, is only 3 trading days left in August, I don’t believe this is enough time for launch this month. However, they could announce the IPO launch date which could be in September.

Yes Ocelot, to tell us that 1st gas is delayed … with a knock on the SP which appears to accelerate. Bid is now at 0.75p and this is 100% unacceptable.

Where is a detailed SFB plan? Where are the SFB tweets? - they used to be frequent then stopped for quite a long time now. Where are the decent director buys? Why are the two director buys reported late? Where is GL’s buy and the rest of the BOD? After all they recently doubled their salary.

I am really sick of seeing the SP at this level. It was 14p/12p when GL came in the picture. One issue after another. We think we are getting there … then a blow to the SP.

BV, the silence from the company now is not unreal, is a message IMO. A message that there is more trouble ahead.

We were meant to have SFB updates now, constant news flow … and decent Director buys and is not happening. In the meantime the SP is well below last placing SP and tanking.

Degsie, I agree with what you say but the market appears not to believe the same.

Looking at the market reaction to the IPO news and subsequent market action, It is crystal clear to me that it is to Alba’s shareholders best interest for the IPO to happen asap, get rid of it and have Alba concentrate on Clogau.

I do hope dewatering permit news or any other good Clogau news come after the Greenroc IPO is launched, else it may not have big impact. GLTA.

Elir, I see your point on post JORC evaluation but I also see the market reaction to the IPO news and subsequent action.

It is clear that no matter what the value of the Greenland assets is the effect on the Alba SP will be zero. The market for some reason is pricing Greenland as a liability for Alba and thus the SP decline.

In my opinion, if we wait for a few weeks for JORCs the Alba SP will revisit the previous lows ~0.1p or less. Look at the market’s response since IPO announcement.

In my opinion, getting rid of Greenroc now will be good news for those wanting to buy Greenroc because when the JORCs are later announced the SP (Greenroc SP) will rocket.

Alba now needs to get rid of Greenroc and concentrate on Clogau - only this will help the Alba SP.

Degsie, the RNS yesterday was positive, yes, but not for Alba. As I said earlier, due to the way it was managed Greenland has turned in to a liability for Alba shareholders.

From Alba’s point of view we now need to see the back of this IPO and get some positive news on Clogau. Apart from that, the Alba SP will drift down.

Last week I said that if no decent news this week the SP will drop to 0.2p or less by the end of the week … I may have been wrong, we could be there earlier than that.

We need to see the back of the IPO and Clogau news asap as in yesterday.

Serif, I agree. My calculation is very very conservative just to indicate the scale here.

At $60/barrel profit and 230 bopd is a revenue of £3.7 mil per year

At my very conservative estimate, is a minimum revenue of £2.5 mil a year.

So we are talking of a revenue of £2.5 mil to £3.7 mil per year and the company has an MCAP of < £8mil !!!

Add Ireland & Morocco … is way undervalued. Definitely a buy/add.

Brent now is $69.33, we don’t know what EOG will be selling at but $45/barrel net profit should be the minimum & at ~200 bopd that is £2.5 mil roughly in a year. Enough to take placing fear away.

Down to 0.31/0.32p again but lots of round sells in millions. My guess is that these shares are coming from Monecor, hopefully the last of it. Is a pity that these sharks don’t have to file below 5%. For a fairer game they should be made to have to file down to 0%.

The good think is that these large sells are hoovered up and hopefully over soon, not that would matter if CLON is one of the 9 companies that YLB selected about 6 weeks ago. News soon?

Noobz, the MMs dropped the bid due to sells, I can see that on L2. There just aren’t any buyers yet, sentiment is still low.
Last trade is 1 mil @ 0-.23401p, bid at 0.23p, no MM games.

Agree Elir, these guys can now buy Greenroc. I will do the same too because as I said in my previous post Greenroc is likely to be undervalued.
