the director buys do improve sentiment though. May not have an immediate impact but it does change sentiment for the better. Next lot of good news will have a bigger impact, backed by the previous director buys.

Marking trades as buys and sells means nothing, is just the way they are reported - a trade above mid-spread is marked as a buy whilst a trade below mid-spread is marked as a sell. There is nothing to see here.

The important think is the direction in which the SP moves - if shares available for sale outweigh those available for buy then the SP will move down and vice-versa.

Today, we saw a huge drop in the SP on a pitiful 270k volume. Again meaningless as the SP dropped to the most recent support (2.50p).

We need good news with a bit of FOMO to reset supports much higher up. Fingers crossed.

I am sure the chairman is seeing value with his recent 500K & 800K purchases. I don’t believe that he did it to support the SP, no way he bought for the SP - he is seeing value in Eve.

The wording in the last TU is not very clear and looks a bit rushed to me, hopefully this is deliberate and the real big news are coming in January.

Where we want to see the work beginning is in the new process areas. That is where the EA may ask for some kind of groundworks as a precondition. This is what may hold the Civil Works back and with no new processing equipment installed there is no gas. If Angus takes a gamble and proceeds with the Civil Works then there is the danger to have to undo them if EA pots a precondition that necessitates that.

We are not out of the woods. Angus said EA approval expected by latest the 17th Dec, this is tomorrow. Don’t underestimate the seriousness of the EA approval.

Last report states breakeven costs from UK ops as $17.6.

For 280 bopd and ONLY $70 oil price (currently $74 and forecasted to go much higher) the yearly revenue is £4 mil.

Huge … a yearly revenue of more (and will be a lot more as oil price goes up) than £4 mil - 65% of MCap.

The downward drift in the SP is on low volume, there just aren’t any buyers. The story is not out yet.

This is the time when the SP is meant to go up as we near first gas.

Instead the SP is searching for the bottom!

Where is the EA approval? It is expected that the approval will be given … but in the words of a famous poster here “by when”?

Slide a few weeks in to next year and 1st gas could come after the hedge kicks in - big trouble.

Vauch, I don’t know why they state the gas as boepd. Is not priced in this way, gas normally measured in MMSCFD.

I don’t believe that they will be selling the gas directly, they will install a generator to burn the gas and produce electricity. Power the site and export the rest to the National Electricity Grid, I think - somebody else can confirm it.

There should be a small income from this.

We are getting 200 bopd (30% of 666).

Plus 80 bopd from the other UK onshore fields makes 280 bopd to EOG.

At an oil price of only $70 per barrel 280 bopd gives $5.4 million per year to EOG.

This is £4 mil a year income from onshore UK to EOG - a staggering 65% of current MCAP (£6.2 mil @ 1.10p).

Is also calculated with an oil price of only $70, currently is $74.4 and all predictions are for a much higher oil price.

There was nothing about financials in the EOG RNS which was just an extract from the EDR RNS. Nothing to emphasise what this means to EOG.

This is ~$4.5 mil in a year, ~£3.4 mil … … £3.4 mil in a year at $70 bopd and oil is forecasted to go up.

Add the revenue for the other 80/90 bopd from the other fields !!!

6 months ago SO announced an imminent acquisition that hasn’t happened yet.

At 750 bopd just 10% revenue is ~$750k in 6 months at $70 per barrel. Will not take long to get to 2 mil pounds.

The EVE float is 274,294,362 shares - small for an AIM company

Shares not in public hands are 21%, add those between 3% and 5% and 29.7% of the shares are tightly held.

This leaves a free float of (70.3% x 274294362) 192,828,936 shares = 192.8 million shares

A very small free float for an AIM company - a surge of interest and the SP flies (remember the CBD FOMO?).

We are in good position for some decent SP appreciation on good news.

I don’t think is a good idea to sell part of Wressle.

10% is a third of current holding which equates to a minimum of 50 bopd (1/3 of 150 bopd, assuming production is at 500 bopd which we know is more)

50 bopd at oil at just $70 is a revenue of $1 mil a year minimum. Is quite substantial - sell it to buy what? Another jam tomorrow that may not come good?

I agree with Tacuma on this, they should keep all of Wressle and concentrate on Morocco and Ireland atm. Wasn’t Morocco meant to be in advanced stage with lots of interest and farm in was even possible this month (according to SO)?
